Very good/accomodating staff. Room/bedding comfortable and newly refurbished. Had real cream and good coffee in lobby. Elevator one element not upgraded and could use work. Workout room very basic but what do you expect for this rate.

No indoor pool or sauna was a downfall but for good rate & clean rooms can't beat it when u need a room last second. Their workout area was not great but they give you passes to urban fitness down the road! Great gym!

Had to switch from first room due to horrible smoke smell (supposed to be non-smoking hotel!). Next room was very nice except for dirty, old cracked bathroom. Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was high quality. Location was awesome.

The facility was nice and clean. The staff members were great, friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were great. My only complaint (a minor one) is about the pillows. I cannot use that type provide because of my neck. I will recommend this hotel to others and will use it again.

The major problem was that the room had just been painted, and the odor of paint fumes was very strong. Fortunately I was able to open the window wide(although the screen was damaged) and turn up the heat, so by morning the odor was not as noticeable, or maybe I had just gotten used to it. There was also a maintenance issue with the towel rack in the […] bathroom practically falling off the wall. The cleaning staff should have noticed this after the previous guest had checked out. Television set was old, reception was unclear, and there were only about 15 or 16 channels available. On thepositive side, breakfast was fairly good. I booked 10 rooms for a work related trip. The two biggest problems are too disgusting to discuss in detail. One room had feces in the tub and the second room had bloody sheets - no lie! The bed was very comfy, room was open, spacious, clean, & had a nice view. The surrounding neighborhood was fabulous with plenty of shopping & great restaurants very close by. The hot breakfast is a wonderful perk to add to the friendly service. I will definitely stay here again.

Too many bad points to write.....3 rooms booked. Set 1 family up in a room that was being painted. They tried to tell my son it's the room you pre-booked, very argumentative. Finally swiltched them only to have another couple and their child walk in on them.....someone now had access to their room....good thing they were in it!! The fire alarm kept going off on Sunday due to workers painting a wing of the hotel floor. The fumes from the paint caused the alarm to be triggered 3 different times. The management at the hotel refunded our stay because of the problem.

This hotel is so convenient to the freeway. Nice staff. My only negetive comment is for such a nice hotel, their is a vomit? stain in the hallway on the third floor that is totally gross. It doesn't smell but for the appearance, it makes you wonder about the cleanliness of everything else. The room size is wonderful with great linens and towels.

My room was fairly comfortable, the bed was comfortable and clean. It was difficult to keep the room from being hot and stuffy. I don't think the air worked properly. I had the temperature set at 68 and it was still not cool. Normally I get chilled with air conditioning set at 76. My main complaint was the breakfast area was not well kept. Good size room, with a desk/ chair and a upholstered chair w/foot rest. Everything worked. Hotel was quiet, located in a business park near interstate. Pool is small. Easy to use wifi. Hotel seems relatively new.

This is a decent place to stay. Pool is OK. nothing special. Beds ok, nothing special. It was pretty clean, except the bathroom tile; mildew behind the toilet and in the tile grout in the shower. It's a good location, and we were there to visit family.

Close to the mall and hundreds of restaurants of every level or desired menu. nice pool but small, the whirlpool was never opened nor an explanation of why it was closed. We enjoyed our stay none the less and would recommend it to anyone wanting a hotel in the North Columbus area....a bit to far out for mid town commutes.

Only problem was check in. Arrive at 1:30 and check in was 3:00. As soon as I told the lady at the desk I was early first thing that came out of her mouth was no room clean till 3:00. We only spent one night at this location. We expected the hotel to be more "upscale" because of the Wyndham name but found it to be very average. Our only complaint was the slow replenishment of the breakfast buffet. We realize that the hotel was completely booked that night but that should have meant more staff assigned.

The room was clean and the neighborhood around the hotel offerred many attractions: restaurants, shopping, bars, etc... The TV in the room was right out of 1990 and the WiFi connection was almost non-existent, but plugging into the network from the room improved connectivity greatly. A decent room for the price.

The room I stayed in had several issues I was not pleased with. The shower head would not remain striaght - it kept turning to the left, into the wall. I could not adjust it; the knobs to hold it in place would not work. The room was large and well maintained; complimentary breakfast adequate; fresh fruit and cookies in the lobby 24/7. Bath towels were large and thick. I was surprised to find a microwave and small fridge, in addition to the single serve coffee pot. Would certainly stay there again!
