This hotel is pretty rundown, so the bathroom ceiling had cracks in it, and the light/fan was incredibly loud, which left me no choice but to shower with the light off. Some of the hotel staff were helpful, and others were not very much help at all. The shuttle to the Metro (T) was disorganized, and the woman at the front desk was of little help when I tried to get more information about how frequently the shuttles ran, or when the next one might be. Since this place is isolated from restaurants and such, you are left with mediocre options within walking distance. The one positive in my stay was the daily breakfast, which was well-stocked, and fresh. If you have the option to stay somewhere else, I advise you to do so.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you had such an efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and bus/train station. I never had to worry about getting to and from the hotel.I will definitely be back and will highly recommend!

This was my 2nd and longer stay at this hotel. This time around the shuttle service was better and I had a better room.The personnel overall was friendly. Breakfast was as good as the first time.The only thing they forgot on 3 occasions was to replenish the tea bags in the room but they made up for it once we pointed it out.Some of the employees could smile some more it makes a guest happy. An email address of the hotel could come in handy to communicate prior to arrival.

Hotel was difficult to find. Site owner needs to trim the trees as they block the large Ramada sign. Restaurant next door had excellent food and service.

We had just arrived on a cruise ship. The hotel had shuttle service from the port, shuttle to nearest subway station, and a shuttle to the airport very convenient and cost saving.

Noisy area, not real clean...dust balls in carpet and odd odor, but bed clean and reasonably comfortable. Just a place to sleep in overpriced city, but if you can afford more would not recommend it.

The room is easy to explain, it was like being in an inside room on a cruise ship, it had everything you needed but TINY. there was a fridge freezer combo a microwave, nice bed linens, good T.V but it was an old hotel that they put an enclosed hallway around so there is no window. The location convenient, but not a nice area. The hotel staff when I arrived was not welcoming or happy in any manor. But the price in downtown Boston is 4 times this amount. I was comfortable in the room but I was alone most of the time, so tiny, you would not want more than two people ever!

hotel was quite nice. Room was just standard but clean, lobby was very homey, with a nice sitting room and breakfast room. Staff was very helpful, as were the shuttles to airport & subway. Hard to rate the neighborhood as the location of the hotel was on a busy highway. All in all a good experience.

Except for a complication with Hotels.com payment for the room, which the receptionist at the desk was VERY helpful with rectifying, our stay at the Ramada in exceeded our expectations. The hotel lobby, halls, and room were all very clean, had everything we needed, and allowed for a very enjoyable stay for the money. The shuttle to the T was VERY convenient and made getting in to Boston so easy! Only drawback: The breakfast was disappointing.

Don't expect anything fancy. What you will get is a comfortable room at a reasonable price. The shuttles ran regularly to the airport and local T station. The complimentary breakfast was pretty ehh but acceptable in a hurry. It's a 3 star experience but a dependable one. Staff was friendly, polite, professional. Quick cab ride into town (depending on traffic).

Well located, a few miles from downtown Boston with easy access by train or taxi. Hotel provides shutle to closest train station, about one mile away. Easy parking, decent facilities and breakfast. Staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful when asked questions. Decent restaurant next door. I was there on a business trip and would go back; also good overnight stay if traveling by car.

We were looking for somewhere as close to Boston as we could get without paying the downtown exorbitant prices, and this hotel fit the bill for that. The front desk gals were extremely helpful with information about getting around, etc. They do have a very active shuttle which will drop you off at a nearby train station which is very handy. The restaurant right next to the hotel was a very pleasant surprise. That being said, I have never slept on a bed as hard as the one in our room- very cheap.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and pleasant, and the room was no more or less than what I expected for the location. It was way too expensive though for what it was. There was a lot of noise from the walkway outside the room. Room facilities were old and worn. HORRIBLE: The hotels airport shuttle driver apparently slept in, and myself and about seven other people were left standing at the front waiting for about forty minutes on October 7th in the morning. We all had flights to catch and were all very concerned. The hotel would not call a cab so we were at the mercy of the one employee who was in bed when the hotel called and woke him up. When the guy finally got there to pick us up he was defensive and started yelling at the van occupants, and slamming doors. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say nobody gave the guy a tip.

I wanted to stay in Boston for three nights without paying the prices at the downtown hotels. The Ramada was more affordable. I was able to ride the van to and from Logan, and for my two sight-seeing days, ride the van to a subway stop. It worked very well. The building was not particularly attractive. As a Californian, I may be too critical of cold weather adaptations, but the lack of windows to the outdoors was unpleasant to me. I am glad I choose it. It's advantages far outweighed its drawbacks.

All the staff were courteous and helpful. Any problems were solved immediately. Van transportation was very prompt despite the volume of guests. It is a difficult location to get to though. Was about 10 minutes by van to the closest T station. However over the weekend the closest two T stations were closed and a bus took us to the next open T.

The WiFi didn't work which resulted in lost work time. The neighborhood is seedy and uncomfortable. The towels in the bathroom were wet (not from use by the person in the room). Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Our expectations about our stay were not very high since the rating on the hotel wasn't that good. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Wonderful continental breakfast which we enjoyed each morning. The room was comfortable even though we didn't spend much time there. Our only problem was the commute from the hotel to Brookline where our son lives. Since it was a busy weekend in Boston the hotels were 75% booked. When planning a trip to the Boston area plan ahead! The hotel does provide frequent shuttle service to downtown where you can use the Transit system but we didn't take advantage of it since the purpose of our visit was visiting family. The hotel personnel did a great job assisting visitors with questions and information about the area.

Room was small with lots of furniture. Somewhat dated but clean. The reception area has a beautiful library for guests to use. It was obviously built well after the wings that house the rooms. Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Good continental breakfast with real protein! Great location to the T. Boston is so expensive this was a good stay for the price

Shuttle made everything easy and possible. All staff were pleasant and helpful! Beds and pillows weren't 't the best. The bathroom was very small for 2 people fortunately we weren't in the room much. Everything was neat and clean. It worked for a 3 day stay in Boston.
