When I booked the Ramada Boston, I thought I was getting a standard low-mid tier hotel. I was on a tight budget and didn't need anything fancy...and wow, did it live up to that assumption! PROS: airport shuttle upon request and shuttles to the JFK T Station on the half-hour (best thing about this place, easily); working air conditioners. CONS: The AC […] was really loud, but that's okay, it helped to drown out the constant street noise; the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. Helpfulness of the front desk is hit-or-miss: some employees are gracious while others act like you've bothering them. The building itself is in poor condition and woe betide anyone with a lot of luggage: there are NO automatic doors anywhere, each door has a raised draft-stopper, and nope, no doorstops to temporarily keep doors open either.
