"Affordable but not great"
I chose this hotel for our recent trip to the Boston area. It is not necessary close to the historical area but it is more affordable to stay a little bit further away. When we entered the room we immediately checked the beds and curtains. We found a large stink bug on the window. The bed sheets also had small, old stains on them. "Don't do it!"
For as much as I paid for this hotel, I had a minimum expectation. This hotel was no better than a cheap motel off the highway. The rooms are small, towels and sheets are stiff instead of soft, and there was a chain lock bolted to the door instead of fixing the broken deadbolt. "hotel in the middle of nowhere"
So far away from anything ... If you do not have a car, taxi from the center of Boston will cost you 45$. Better save on taxi and go to a more expansive hotel in the center. This hotel should be much much cheeper to be worth it going there.Genuine Expedia guest review

I don't expect much from this location anyway, I am stay here is becasue the price. The check-in counter forgot to activate our room key for the both rooms and there is a bug in the bath tub. "Stay somewhere else!"
I was just looking for a quick overnight between airline flights--something cheap with shuttle service. When I called for shuttle pickup the automated recording said pickup from the airport was 15 and 45 minutes past every hour, so I waited and waited. Then I called and called and 2 and a half hours later I was finally at the hotel. Then the shuttle […] van for 6am was full, so I had to catch the 5am one. I might as well have slept at the airport. Neither me nor my young child were impressed. Our room door was in a hallway on the first floor that had a completely windowed hall wall to the parking lot and all the doors were propped open so anyone could come and go into the hotel halls. The front desk staff have excellent customer service...they really made us over look the shortcomings. They were very courteous and helpful, regarding the hotel and with giving us info and direction for the city of Boston. I noticed it had 3.5/5 prior to booking. That is not what I experienced. The location from the airport was only 15 minutes but to go into the city definitely needed a car. Nothing really to do within walking distance of this location. Asked for a wake-up call each AM (stayed 3 nights). First day fine - second day late by 5/10 minutes, third day never […] received. Electrical outlet covers loose over the outlets making it impossible to plug in cell phone charger. Therefore had a dead cell phone. This was not a pleasant experience staying at this location. The hotel said I was getting a Queen sized bed, it was a full at best. Customer service was not good. The concierge needed alot of time to know a cab number. When asked about getting extra towels, had to literally go down to get them. They advertise alot for 3 surrounding restaurants that will deliver to your room, but a menu can not be found anywhere, […] unless you literally go to the restaurant. "Too much noises from hall way..."
While we stayed 2 nights last weekend, lots of shouting noises from hall way. At the 2nd night (about 3 am), a drunk man knocked at our door and tried to push the poor in several times. I reported to the front desk and security team came in. It seems that there were other customers reported about the same situation happened.
