Room was clean and in good order. Bring your own pillow as these were lousy. Hotel did bring extra pillows but I then had two flat ones instead of a nice fat puffy one. Internet access can only be gotten in the rooms right next to the front desk. Overall good hotel especially for the price. I stayed 4 days. On check in I could smell the front desk clerk from 10 feet away. He really needed a bath! On subsequent days I couldn't smell him.

When I checked into my room it was freezing. Keep in mind the day was 15 degrees outside, but it took their heater from 7pm that night until 4am that morning to warm up. Then when it finally did warm up the room tempature was so hot you could hardly breath. The heating/AC units are out of date and do not have thermostats on them so you get all or none. The remote also didn't work for my TV. When I talked to the front desk they first gave me a different remote without batteries. Then I exchanged that one for a remote that did not work. I also worried about bed bugs. During my stay I was very ichy while in bed and for several days after my stay.

Checkin was not friendly or helpful. Not coffee cups in room with coffee maker. Front desk didn't have any.

It was filthy. There was mold on the shower curtain from top to bottom. No ice bucket or bag, no cups for water. Dirty & dusty carpet. Clump of hair in the bathtub. Dog running loose in the motel. Breakfast area was a mess - no food, waffle maker broken. Disgusting.

There were several problems at the hotel: 1. Clean sheets and blankets not provided. Unable to get them by calling the front desk as few spoke English. 2. The pool is very small and the water is not clean. 3. The hotel is very hard to find. 4. The room was not clean. 5. The restaurant area unclean so we bought breakfast at a local restaurant.

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 1/2 year old and 5 mo old sons. We had to change rooms immediatly because the hotel checked us into a room that did not have a refigerator and microwave - which they advertise as being in each room. The staff did not offer to help with moving the luggage to the new room, they didn't even offer an apology. Once in the new room, there were no towels, the bathroom was low on toilet paper, and there were no cups or glasses - even though they supply a coffee machine and coffee. The hotel information booklet had some kind of sticky sugary substance on it, the carpets had crumbs and animal fur in the crevices against the wall, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Tons of crumbs and food droppings behind the endtable. No cups the next day either. Not a good place to bring kids, or even a good place to sleep, I felt the need to sleep in my clothes

The carpets were dirty, hair in the bathtub, extremely moldy shower curtain. No drinking cups, or ice bucket.Just plain filthy. The breakfast area was horrible. There was nothing to eat. No milk, no cereal, bad coffee, bad juice. Do not waste your money.

The continental breakfast was nothing special. The hotel allowed pets for a small fee and you could tell in our room because the carpet smelled like urine. The sheets and bathroom were clean although the tub could have used a new mat.

1. no bath towels in the room we only had finger towels and face towels 2. remote did not work ask the front desk person for batteries he said it needed a code and put the code in, everytime I changed the channel it would stop working again. 3. some lamps in the room did not work 4. 1 of the double beds was broken (wobbled) 5. no bathroom tissue 6. lots of mildew of the shower curtain 7. had a room right off the lobby it was very noisy.

Good stuff: clean bed, quiet hotel Bad stuff: they cleaned the room, but not the bathroom, and they didn't give us any towels until we asked. The cleaning staff were dressed like they were staying at their own homes (ill fitting jeans and tshirt showing more than appropriate). None of the staff wears name tags or anything that identifies them as staff for the hotel. Staff were also eating directly from the breakfast bar that was for the guests. The water in the pool and the hot tub was yellowish and smelled bad. We were informed that we were not allowed more than one extra pillow and one extra blanket.

had to ask for towels, then they tried to give me only one. never seen a hotel with no towels in the room! at checkout the sign said "back in 5 min" well i waited 15 min then just left the key in the room. pretty poor customer service...

The hotel was basically what we expected for the money however we did have a couple of problems. The vending machines took our money and front desk did not return it. The pool was indoors but the water was absolutley freezing so we could not use it. A smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke several on the second floor including myself. After it stopped I called the front desk to inquire whether everything was okay and he asked me what a fire alarm was. Needless to say we did not feel quite safe for the remainder of the night. Would not recommend this hotel.
