Good, clean and inexpensive hotel in the main area in Santa Ana. Some places around the hotel looked a little shady, but overall was a good, clean place for a 1 night stay. Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was very quick. Didn't try the pool, but looked okay (kind of small). Worth staying here if you're just staying for 1-2 nights.

The hotel is kind of a dive. The best part is the little restaurant that it shares a parking lot with. The rooms are very old and old smelling. The mattresses are like bricks and I should have known better. Any hotel that you have walk clear across the parking lot to borrow a blow dryer and then have to leave your DL so that you don't steal it should […] tell you right there that the hotel is not fully stacked. No breakfast offered but they did have coffee and you get 10% of the restaurant there. Lastly, I'm concerned about security and didn't like that the door leading to the second floor didn't require a key at ALL any time. One more thing, if you order pizza or delivery, make sure that you request plates napkins and utensils. When I ordered one, the delivery guy looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for them and then was also surprised when I only gave him a $1.00 :( Again, you get what you pay for. Read more

The employees were very nice, the cleaning crew did a good job with the room, however the bathrooms are out of date, the shower/tub is very small, and the walls are thin so you can hear the people next to you and above you.

They did give us a 1pm check out, but the check in clerk was not very groomed, didn't seem very friendly, never told us where the room was which was off in never never land and they dont have ice machines on the 2nd floor..there were no signs to tell us where the ice machines were, we asked another guest..

Not a luxury hotel, but, clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. We were visiting our daughter and did not stay at the motel much, but we enjoyed our stay. Bonus points, there's a great diner right next door.

The Room had a terrible odor in one of the two rooms we booked. We did find a roach in our bathroom... gross! we will never stay there again when we return for disneyland trips!

It was quiet, I was told over the phone that they had continental breakfast. That was why I made reservation. When we got their asked about it, they said sure we have instant coffee or tea, so sad. It was to late to cancel reservation other wise I would have.

The room was decent for the price and proximity to Disneyland. The building is a bit old and there are some rundown elements to the inside, reminiscent to some of the older hotels in downtown Las Vegas. For example the place smells weird and the carpets need to be changed and the paint needs to be redone. The neighborhood is mostly large newer buildings […] and not a residential zone, but for some reason, perhaps its the low price, the Inn seems to attract some of the nighttime loitering-type crowd. Honestly I was worried about my car being broken into, especially since I noticed guys by themselves at late hours always outside on different ends of the buildings seeming to "keep an eye out" for something. I requested a room with two queen beds and got two full bed, so the whole request system online or perhaps at the Inn was not functioning properly. In all, this is a decent place to stay if you are on a budget and want to go to Disneyland. Read more

The rooms were filthy.. the people there.. are loud and are up ALL hours of the night. The towels were dirty, no extra pillows and there was barely anyone there. the whole serivice and stay was horrible.

Since we booked on Expedia... the staff couldn't be bothered. Every request was met with " you'll have to contact Expedia". The buildings looked like apartments in the bad part of town.The room smelled bad and was in disrepair... the hotel's response? "Call Expedia"! Avoid this hotel like the plague! ! Seriously overpriced.

The room was clean & decently appointed, although the place is noticeably an old building. The staff was great but we didn't have a need to have any extra contact with them. The only down side is that the room had a musty smell to it. The smell seemed to get worse after we had the a/c running for awhile. Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2012. Room served it's purpose, which was a clean bed and a bathroom. Was surprised to see a microwave in the room on top of the mini fridge, so that was a plus. Regarding the fridge... it was cold and the ice box had frost on it upon arrival. Put some drinks in and found that they were not cold in the morning and the […] ice box had defrosted. Apparently the fridge was unplugged prior to my arrival with not enough time for it to defrost. So, make sure your fridge is plugged in, even if it's cold and seem to be on. Read more

Courteous and helpful staff. The room was clean and relatively spacious, though the hallway can be cleaner. Finding parking space (even past midnight) was no problem at all, considering they were fully booked during my stay. Nice and relatively quiet neighborhood.

It is conveniently located close to the Bowers Museum (our destination), therefore I would recommend it to a friend only if they were going to spend several days at the Bowers, wanted an inexpensive hotel close by, and aren't too picky. I was looking for a cheap hotel that was near an early morning meeting....Red Roof is cheap, so my expectations were not for a four or even three star hotel. The first room the AC didn't work - the second room the sheets/blanket only came up about 3/4 of the way on the bed. Oh well.
