This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff are so friendly and help with anything. The location is great if you don't want a place directly in Nashville, but still want to be close enough. There is a bus shuttle you can pay for at the hotel that runs you down to the Wildhorse Saloon. "Over rated and overwhelming and hidden charges"
The idea of the hotel sounded great. Shops, restaurants and hotel all in one place. Unfortunately this place was so big you had to walk about a half mile just to get to the pool. There are hidden charges everywhere. Resort was very nice but I will not do valet parking if I stay again. Car was brought around in a timely manner but we had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to turn the vehicle back in after going out for a short time. "Not worth the price."
Was extremely dissatisfied with hotel. Room was small for price and not equipped with amenities like other hotels we have stayed in. The Valet Parking was horrible. How do you charge $30 a day to valet park and expect customer to wait 20 to 40 mins every time they need their vehicle for the valet to bring car for customer. "CHEAP ROOM FOR A CHEAP PRICE"
Dear Sir, I have to say that I have never stayed in such a room in my whole travel life. Apart from the check in was was permanently congetesed with 40-50 people all the line any time of the day and the check process seemed very slow. The receipt from you described the room as an "executive room" but a more accurate description would be "janatorial […] closet" When I entered the room into a long corridor to find only a sofa, no bed of any sort. Definetly not a "Ececutive room" When I complained to reception iot appears that the inference was I had booked a " cheap room" this is what I could expect. I went and found a maid and she showed me how to pull out the sofa into a "bed" It was a most uncomfortable night sleep. The "bed" comsisted of a 2 inch thick mattress on a wire frame. The inside gardens are beautiful and worth seeing but do it while staying at another hotel nearby. These rooms are average at best and cost over twice as much as nearby hotels even without the exorbitant "resort fee" and ridiculously high parking charge that only allows you to park in a regular parking lot a long way away. And don't count on getting any help or directions through the labyrinthine maze of gardens...there aren't many employees to be found and those that are there aren't much help. "Pull out couch bed in a resort?"
I mistakenly assumed every room would have a BED in a resort and a pull out sofa would be spare sleeping space if needed. So you can imagine our surprise when we opened the door to a small suite style room with no bed just an old gray velvet couch! This room has a huge long bar with sink and bar fridge with a lot of built in cabinets, a large dining […] table and 4 chairs, a desk and chair and a SOFA SLEEPER FOR A BED! Since it was Valentines and a convention going on the place was packed so we tried to make the best of it. It was a terribly uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Thin mattress over two hard bars that made my back hurt for days after.There was plenty of room for a bed! Self parking is 20 dollars a day and we had to literally park and walk about a half a mile back to the hotel. When we checked in the front desk clerk explained it was a pull out sofa bed and we were very surprised. She offered to sell us another more expensive room but we had already paid for this one in full so we couldn't cancel it and go somewhere else. "Executive Room or Executive Joke"
I booked an "Executive Room" on Expedia. When I arrived at the property, I was greeted with a 30 minute wait in my car to drop my car off with the valet to check-in. Once I dropped my car with the valet, I had another 30 minute wait to get checked-in. When I was checked-in, I was informed that an "Executive Room" was really a section of another room […] that was closed off that had a sleeper sofa. I was not happy and did not restrain my feeling about the situation. This led to a change in the room type. I am thankful for the hotel staff for making this situation right. My room was nice and clean (except for a used hand towel in my shower area hanging from the shower rod). The property is immense and very well developed.
