check-in was easy and efficient. the breakfast was good and the room stayed clean. the lady cleaning up, a hotel employee, was friendly and happy and went out of her way to help us out.

The hotel was very clean. the staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. Only thing was the breakfast area was small and it didn't really have a great selection on breakfast items. The indoor pool liked dirty nd the bathroom toilet some dried up stains on it. The carpet was clean and the sheets was all white. So it looked clean if it wasn't.

Very nice room and amenities. Pool and hot tub were nice. Wireless Internet worked very well. Complementary breakfast was OK.

"Pleasantly surprises"

We were in town for just one night because we had an event in Norfolk and needed to be close the the Naval Base.I thought that because the price of the room was so reasonable, it wouldn't be as nice as I'm used to. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable!! Everything you could possible need is right there for you. Very happy with this hotel and would stay there again if visiting that town.

"Great room"

Comfortable room. I loved the comforter! The Front Desk Employee was extremely friendly and helpful. She does an excellent job! The only negative comment that I have would be that we were on the 5th floor and the hallway was extremly warm. I probably could have commented to the staff, but did not bother.

"Very Nice Stay"

I stayed at my first Hampton Inn about a month before this trip, so when I had to return I decided to stay in another Hampton closer to my travels, just because the first Hampton was so nice. I really like Hampton Hotels, very comfortable, spacious, and you can't beat a full breakfast in the morning. My first choice in medium priced hotels will always be Hampton. I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.
