The location was great. Booking was easy. We checked in late, otherwise, would have phoned to complain. The glass were dirty, i.e, toothpaste on the bottom of the glass, only one coffee cup. Small things, yes, but cleanliness is important.

Stayed here for 6 days during a business trip. Comfortable hotel, good location for the southern part of Edmonton. Surrounded by good dining, etc. The hotel itself has a great restaurant, try their Canadian / Alberta beef. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. Only one thing, I called the room service number once at 2am and no one answered but I called the front desk and they took my order and had someone bring up my order within twenty minutes. Excellent service. Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous fish in the lobby. So relaxing. Wonderful people. I can't wait to return.

It was very good. When we got there their were 6 of us and 3 rooms. One was on the 3rd floor and two on the 9th. I asked if we could be moved to the 9th and they accomadated us very quickly and politly. I would stay here again for sure. The rooms were roomy and very well kept.

The was supposedly discounted because of renovations but because of the size and location it was probably the most they could charge for the room anyway. The hotel is located at he intersection of Gateway and Whitemud, which is extremely convenient, since you can go from there to anywhere in the city or region with ease. The room was nice and clean. They have done some recent work on the Hotel and it is much improved. Still some to go. Advantages are: adequate parking especially as we have a truck which is often difficult to park in the city; good location - close to South Edmonton Common; good price.

Enjoyed my stay. It was convenient for what I had to do. I guess the only thing was my bill when I left was 19.54 and they said that would be 20.00 as they round it off. I thought Canada only got rid of the pennies!

Good spot to stay while visiting Edmonton. Very central location with easy access to main highways. The hotel lobby/entrance is very nice but the rooms could use some updating. The rooms seemed a bit tired but the staff more than made up for anything. I would stay again.

We consistently stay at the Delta from city to city as we travel and usually highly recomment it. However, this is not the case at this location. While the front desk staff were pleasant, the management were quite rude when we got locked out of our room in wet bathing suits due to a computer error - 3 women and a man in wet bathing suits in a hallway; […] where would we have ID on us? This was after having to switch rooms when we first arrived due to a leaking toilet and 1/4" of water all over the bathroom floor. Just to for warn if you are staying there while there is a wedding or party at the top of the Inn you will hear the bass all the way down to the 5th floor. Had a friend staying on the 8th floor and was worse of course.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff and the room was very good. Only downside was the heat. Being on a top floor, all heat below rises. I found the room tempurature quite stuffy and would have liked to be able to control it more. Cleaniness was great and beds were awesome. Thanks much.

It was a good overall experience. The only thing I would complain about it that I booked the room online and expected it to look like the pictures provided on the website. Unfortunately, this was not the case. What I didnt expect was free, underground heated parking, that appeared to be constantly monitored by hotel staff. Nice feature.

We booked a premium king room on the 11th floor unaware of the new years eve festivities....it did not indicate that on their website. Location was convenient, white mud is near by. Outlets are 5 min drive away. Hotel is right on the south end of the city so getting in and out of Edmonton at any time of the day isn't an issue. Had to wait for about half an hour in the lobby because the room was not ready. We were offered a breakfast for compensation. Although it was mentioned in the hotel amenities that the room has a fridge, it wasn't there and we had to request one. There were several stains on the carpet.

Check in took a very long time due to our room not being ready, but this was because of construction work they had underway and is probably not normally an issue. The rooms were quite small and a little run down, the curtains let in a lot of bright lights from outside, but the beds were very comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, I have only very good things to say about the staff. We had a couple of issues with the room itself, the key to get into the room was very very difficult to use, if I hadn't asked the lady at the desk if something was wrong with I would have never known that when you slide it in you have to hold the handle up, […] not explained on the card at all and even then we had to try several times to get it to work. The other issue was that we could not get any cold water from the cold water taps in our room, only hot. Didn't bother telling anyone about it, as we were only there for one night for the Paul McCartney concert, if we had been there longer, I definitely would have told someone about not being able to get a cold drink of water.
