I am almost in shock Hotels.com even deals with these people. Where do I begin? They did not have a clean room I requested (double) ready (even though it's 7 floors of rooms). So, we were placed in a different room, on a 100 degree day the air conditioner didn't work. I decided to open window over highway for airflow- no screens and window barely locked […] (mind you, I have 2 small children with me and we're on the 7th floor. Non-smoking room had ashes everywhere. A dirty shirt left in drawer. I told the front desk lady of the air conditioner and was given a new set of keys to a room I moved to at a later time that night. The new room was gross, also ashes all over, burn holes in the TV and furniture. I didn't want to shower due to evidence of bugs and just wanted to leave. During the night time the lobby, outside and behind the desk were full of people drinking and very intimidating for a young mom. I locked myself and our children in the room and did decide to shower. It was then that I discovered several pubic hairs matted to the shower curtain by a white substance. We loaded our stuff up and got out of that hotel. Not kid friendly, many people living there and just gross! I will never stay here again and I will always have a hotel to NOT recommend. Also, this apparently was a Holiday Inn at some point because ALL of their information is still hanging. NEVER AGAIN! Read more

This hotel scared me. It is obvious from the outside of the building that this is not a safe part of town and the hotel was not taken care of. Nothing was clean. There was a sticky spot on the floor next to the bed. Garbage was piled in the hallways and the elevator felt like it was about to fall apart at any second. We arrived at the hotel only to find they did not have our reservation and there was not a sofa bed as we were told when we made the reservation.. 2 full and one sofa is what we were told. We asked for a non smoking room and when we got to the room it was smoking, they moved us down to another floor and they said that was non smoking but we found ashes […] and cigarette on top of the Tv. The breakfast was not til 7 am and we wanted to get on the road and it was a spindly pathetic breakfast. I was totally disappointed, very run down conditions and then we saw a rat trap outside the hotel when we left. Totally a bad hotel!!!!! And disappointed in the booking of hotel.com Read more

This hotel was run down. Elevetor did not work right. you had to push the down button on the lobby level to call the elevetor and we stayed on the 6th fl, and it did not stop for that floor. We had to be moved to a 2nd room because the1st one was the bathroom was filty and in need of repair. The 2nd room was better but no pillow case on the pillows […] and we had to call for towels. They did not change the linens as asked the next day and did not provide enough towels for two people. Read more

The lobby had no AC on a 100 degree day, just a bunch of fans. It looks like the restaurant has been shut down for some time. The staff at the front desk and the manager were very rude. I ended up deciding to stay at a different hotel.

The pool closed at 6pm on sat and not open on sun, the bar was shut down as was the resterant, the room was dirty and mold in the shower, the elevater was broken and i got my arm stuck in it, trash in the night stand left over. cont breakfast was only between 7am to 9 am, the weight room was dirty as were the bathrooms in the lobby, they only had one […] ice machine we were on the 6th floor and it was on the third floor, the trash was overflowing in all the contaners on all the floors it was awful, the only good things were the desk clerk was very nice, we did have wifi in room and when we took all of the trash out of the night stand we found a dollers worth of pennys. This hotel was in terrible condition. It smelled, windows were broken out & the bathroom fixtures were rusted. We came in late and there were people "hanging around". Would not stay here again.

All the rooms reaked of smoke. The light bulbs were missing from the lamps in the hallways. Remote control to the TV were taped. The lighting in the rooms were dim and the towels were dingy.

I reserved a non-smoking room but the room was smoked in. The front desk changed my room to another non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. Every night, smoke from people smoking down stairs would travel through the bathroom and could not sleep due to the smoke clouding my room. The bathroom was horrible, it seemed like it was over 100 years old […] and rust every where. The sheets and towels seemed like they were smoked in. If you love smoke and want to surround yourself in smoke, then this is the room for you. Read more
