Finding hotel was a snap then the parking garage was a special treat...didn't expect that. Staff spoke English well and helped us settle in nicely. We enjoyed our two night stay with teen age son - our room was quite large by European standards. Breakfast was also quite nice with attentive staff.

We liked the location, restaurants, bars all walking distance. The hotel has a paid parking garage attached, around 15 Euros. check in person was not having a good day, but overall, for the price, it was just fine.

chic, tastelful decor, with high end bath fixtures. very helpful staff. indoor pool was not open for guests at the time of my stay (june 2012), but the rooftop pool was open and quite lovely. hotel is very clean and feels very new- apparently,part of some chain of hotels called "exe.". it's placed well on two private streets, one a main thoroughfare (closed temporarily perhaps to make way for so above-ground rail? not sure) and the other, side street, alfonso is a retail street that closes up around 8p, but where can be found some late-night tapas cafes as well. there was a little loud, drunken rowdiness on the street, but that could've been from a soccer match played that evening, though it did happen the next night as well. not the hotel's fault. and nothing to deter me from booking at the hotel alfonso again.

This hotel is really over rated. The rooms are large but very sparsely furnished with low quality IKEA-type furniture. The electricity did not work in parts of the room, some lights did not have bulbs when we arrived, the A/C was poor. WiFi was weak. Overall attention to quality seems poor.

Mi fa molto piacere sapere che il soggiorno sia stato di suo gradimento. Come ben dice, la posizione non è centrale, però grazie alla fermata del tram, situata a poche centinaia di metri, è possibile raggiungere il centro in soli 10 minuti. Il suo giudizio positivo ci impegna a continuare a fare sempre del nostro meglio, per rendere piacevole ai nostri ospiti la permanenza nel nostro hotel e, per lasciar loro un buon ricordo della nostra città. Nella speranza di poterle dare di nuovo il benvenuto a Saragozza, le porgo i miei più cordiali saluti.

Al hacer la reserva se hace como si fuera un hotel de 4 estrellas cuando la realidad es que las prestaciones de 4 estrellas solo las tiene la planta 3ª y la entrada, el resto del hotel es un 3 estrellas muy justito. Si quieres una habitación de la planta 3ª tienes que pagar un suplemento. Response by Confortel Romareda Gracias por alojarse con nosotros en su estancia a Zaragoza. Respecto al comentario que nos refiere, indicarle que todas nuestras habitaciones disponen de las mismas prestaciones y que éstas se corresponden a las propias de un hotel de cuatro estrellas aunque, efectivamente, las habitaciones del 3º piso son habitaciones PREMIUM, categoría distinta y superior a las habitaciones estándar, razón por la cual existe diferencia de tarifa. Las instalaciones que dispone el hotel, han sido certificadas y acreditadas en cumplimiento de permisos y normativa vigente, acorde al uso del edificio, como hotel, no siendo éstas perjudiciales para la salud; no obstante tomamos nota de su preocupación.
