We found this resort on Hotels.com and it was a very good deal. The place is modern and elegant. The grounds are extensive-this is a large compound of Chalet type buildings.Price of less than 100 was great. Would have been much more "in season" . Wife was pleased with my choice!

I was there on a business trip for only one night. The room was incredibly clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised and did not want for any more! The location was convenient for where I was going, so it the hotel worked out great.

This location was recently renovated and re-decorated and is modern and attractive. The queen bed wasn't as comfortable as the King we had a year ago when we stayed here. It was a bit firm and wasn't a pillowtop. A new nice touch are the trays of cookies in the evening that are placed out for guests. The overall stay was very good. Very nice facility. The only thing I wanted to give feedback on was that the hotels.com website said the the hotel had whirlpool tubs. However, with the remodel, the hotel no longer has whirlpool tubs. Not a big deal but a slight disappointment for a pregnant woman who can't go in a jacuzzi.

There was not enough dresser space. Only two little drawers under the T.V. We stayed for two days, so some stuff we had to leave in our suitcases. Other than that it was great. Loved having a little fridge.

The front desk help was always pleasent. The Hotel pool was clean as well as the hot tub. We stayed 8 days and needed the use of laundry facilities. They had a new washer and dryer, and laundry room was clean. Heat and air worked great. The only complaint I have was the quality of work housekeeping did on our room daily. The room was nice and clean […] when we arrived but over the time of our stay, the room was barely cleaned. Beds were made. Floors were not cleanded well, both carpet and tile in bathroom. However, on the days we would request, those areas were cleaned. But if not..they were not. But overall the stay was good. We will stay there out next stay in Provo. Read more

The place was a mess. They were hammering and working on the place at 7:30am on a SUNDAY MORNING... Shower was not hot for more than 60 seconds... the lobby was a disaster because of the remodel. Great room, friendly and helpful staff, from manager down to housekeeping and maintainance. Spotless rooms, comfy beds, great amenities, refrigerator, micro, free WI-FI and great hot/cold all you can eat breakfast buffet with a large and varied selection. We stayed at the Hampton because they had an indoor pool. The room was comfortable but the toilet overflowed and when we called for help, the front desk provided us with a plunger and extra towels!!! We had to clean it up ourselves. It was only water, but I didn't appreciate paying the extra money for what was supposed to be a nice hotel to do maintence […] and clean up. We won't be staying there again next year despite the indoor pool! Read more

I've seen better Hampton Inns but the one in Provo was fine. A little outdated interior and an average breakfast spread but it was overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was ok, except for one issue: the "Treasure Hunters Roadshow". They were using the conference room, and the main hallways were filled with people & junk they were trying to sell at the roadshow. Interesting, but impossible to get luggage through the crowd and onto the elevator!
