The bed was hard as a rock. Black mold around the bottom of the walls. There was an old grill with a ratty looking blanket on it next to the stair case to the ice machine. Junkie looking can't begin to describe this place. My 14 year old son and I were tempted to sleep in the car had the area looked safer. Will NEVER stay here again!!!b

This motel was VERY unkempt. There was debris laying everywhere. We had a hole in the wall of our room and cigarette burns in the blanket of a non-smoking room. This Hotel should be condemned. The hotel should have the health dept. there to inspect the building. The room was extremely filthy, my husband took his shoes off when he got into the room and his feet was sticking to the carpet. The filth was beyond words. And all the girl said at the counter is that yea it is a little old looking. I told her that this place should be boarded up!!!! The bath rooms need maintenance. Caulking around tub in dis-repair. The soap and shampoo was not available in the room when we checked in. The refrigerator was a plus. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us.

It was in the 90's while we were there, the pool was EMPTY. One of the biggest reasons we went to this hotel was for the pool for the kids. About half of the white bathroom tiles were black. Good continental breakfast.

We walked into the room and right away we noticed the sheets had cigarette wholes in them, they were all wrinkled, the sink by the bathrooms were all dirty and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in so long there were piles of dirt/dust going up the walls. Overall this place is kind of run down. Most of the reviews for this place say it's a good value for the price. Maybe, but after staying there once, I would gladly pay a little more to stay somewhere else. The service and breakfast were about the only positives. The counter top for the sink was covered with scratches that looked like they were made […] by someone drawing lines with a razor blade... Also toilet would not flush so they promptly put me in a different room. The new room was a handicap room labeled as non-smoking, but it smelled like it had been smoked in within the last 24 hrs. As far as cleanliness goes, it wasn't too bad, but it just felt nasty. There was a piece of trash in the corner, but that didn't bother me as much as the blood stain on one of the bottom bed sheets. On my second night after returning to the hotel from being gone all day, neither of the room keys worked. That was fixed immediately. Good, but it was done by a person I had not seen before, and they didn't even ask for any ID. I probably could have social engineered my way into getting a key for just about any occupied room. Also, the bed was rock hard and had a sag in it that felt like a 800 lbs. person had been bedridden in it for a few years. Other than all of that, the continental breakfast was decent. The location was good. Very close to several restaurants. The room was okay. It wasn't one of the ones that was renovated. Some tile was missing in the bathroom and the comode kept running. Luckily we only needed the room for one night while we were in town for a sports tournament. That place was not pleasant. Someone had at one time knocked the door in, because the safety latch was broke and there was a hole in the wall right beside of it. The soap they had smelled bad.
