We got in late and expected the typical half asleep desk clerk. Linda was amazing. She offered some extra AM coffee, tea, found us a place for a very late dinner if we wanted it. The room was very clean....there were some very minor issues that didn't effect us (hence the 4 stars). There are lots of subtle comforts engineered to reduce stress a visitor. […] Easy 20 minutes to downtown after the traffic rush. Lots of dining choices within easy drive. Hotel is older but well maintained with friendly staff. Walls are super thin so beware. Took about 10mins of running shower for it to get hot- felt this was very wasteful. Breakfast was ok, they do offer a large variety but did not use the quality I am used to. All in all was a good experience for the money.

The hotal was near a residential area and tucked off of the main road so the access was a little trying to get to, but worth the extra effort. Older exterior, but the interior was up to date, clean and open. The breakfast was Ok for a hotel breakfast. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

this hotel is clean and functional, but not up to Hampton standards... the staff were excellent, but the facility does need to be updated...to many small problems....water back up in the shower....no plug for the sink and water flow was poor......heat or a/c ran all the time when on......wall thermostat had no control over unit, also loud......

The best part of our stay was the staff. The front desk employees as well as the housekeeper made our stay comfortable. One of the front desk employees cheerfully came to our room to show me how to get online when I was having trouble doing so. The housekeeper polite and understanding when I explained that we weren't quite ready. Our room was comfortable […] and clean, and we are picky. In fact, the grounds, the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and the entire hotel were clean. We arrived in the evening and the front parking lot was full, but it was no problem. The rear lot was well lit and we had easy access to one of the rear doors with our room key - very safe and secure. We live 100 miles from Denver, so we rarely want to drive home the same day. Occasionally, we'll spend time visiting with friends and family and/or going to the art museums or other cultural attractions. The location for us is perfect - close to family and a short ride downtown. We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable. Read more

When we checked into the motel, Lucas, the Front Desk staff, not only welcomed us but he also made us feel very welcomed by immediately handling me our room keys . Very friendly staff!! Beds are comfortable and clean. Although, I thought that I had reserved a smoking room, the hotel is smoke free. Some will love that!! And, there is a great Mexican restaurant right next door! They even have 16oz fresh ingredient Margaritas!!!

Non-Smoking property. No matter what Hotels.com tells you on the phone, or that your registration confirmation says "Smoking". Hotel is all non smoking, they have 2 designated smoking areas outside. But the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness were excellent.

The first room they offered did not have a microwave or fridge. We took paperwork to desk and then we got a room, with both. The room smelt of of sweaty bodies. Bathtub was scummy, so we called to have it recleaned while we went to dinner. They sprayed air freshner and wiped down the bathtub. It still had mold in the tiles in the shower/tub. I heard my neighbor's TV almost whole night on my first night. It was very loud and I barely slept. Also for the first day, the room service took away the towels I used but did not put new ones in. After the first day, everything went well.

Front Desk staff was very helpful. Gave me a map of Colorado and the Denver area free. Hertz didn't have a map of Colorado!!! The Continential breakfast was much better than any of the other hotels we stayed at. It included not only waffles, but omelettes and potatoes. They were very good. I don't know who to blame, hotels.com or the hampton inn, we have a 1 year old and it's crucial that we have a fridge in the room, it's listed on this website that every room is furnished with a microwave and fridge, IT'S NOT TRUE! We went to ask the front desk and they said only a few rooms do so we had to tote around ice for 3 days and although they […] had offered to furnish a fridge for us that would only be if someone checks out who had a fridge which never happened, then housekeeping had a horrible attitude and came really early to clean our room when we weren't ready we asked her politely to come back, she didn't reply and never came back, we had to ask the front desk to send housekeeping to clean when we returned in the evening, which they didn't replace the stained sheets or even replace our towels like we had requested, the 3rd day the power went out in the entire hotel, there was no hot water or electricity Saturday morning the day of our big event, we were beyond frustrated. Yes breakfast was good the waffles are great but if you don't get there early you will have to wait for the lady who refills the breakfast and who needs an attitude adjustment to get there and feels like serving. So my suggestion to people who come here, please call before you book and make sure they have the amenities you are looking for, as for us we will never stay there again. Read more

We stayed at this hotel during a cross country road trip from Boston to the Bay Area. We booked the room only a night before and got a great price. The entrance to our room was facing the hotel's lobby, so it was a bit noisy. But overall the place was great, definitely recommended.
