The bed was clean but linens and comforter were old with holes in the comforter. Okay for an overnight stay but probably would look elsewhere for next visit.

The breakfast selection wasn't great. The room was dated, but was clean. It was fine for us as we just needed a place to get a good nights sleep on our long road trip. The bed was comfortable.

The so-called workout facility does not qualify. Two ramshackle machines and one broken one. Bathroom fan was noisy. This hotel is fine if you just want a comfortable bed in a clean room.

We had a non-smoking room, but they must have just changed the designation the day before - hallway and rooms smelled smoky. The bathroom was in very poor shape with a door that wouldn't close and some kind of soapy substance all over the doorknob. The TV remote didn't work and batteries were taped in with duct tape.

Friendly front desk, but lax security. When my magnetized key stopped working and I went to get it remagnetized, they didn't ask for any ID, and the back entrance to the building was propped open and not locked. Had to shop for dorm room supplies for my son's first year at college, and proximity to stores was excellent. But on the final night, a bed […] bug crawled across my pillow. No elevator had to drag 4 suitcases and a sleepy 9 year old up the stairs. Toilet would not fully flush. Shower water temp kept fluctuating from boiling to cold. Went to included breakfast at 8:30 which runs for another hour- all hot food gone scraps only no one re filling

he floors were very dirty - looked like they had not been vacuumed for weeks, the bed was dirty and holes in the sheets, they booked the wrong rooms both times (first trip when I went to my room they had it tore apart and had to find another, the trip back they had us in a 1 bed Jacuzzi room!), service was horrible, breakfast area was dirty and unattended, […] trash overflowing, and more. Very clean, nice sized and well furnished rooms, generally well kept, very good service. Issues were in some details, requested wake up call and did not get it, but I had set the alarm and it worked great. Air conditionor worked, but thermostat had to be set at 66 to get room comfortably cool. No HBO as advertized. No elevator for second floor.

Room was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with a midsized dog, and had no problems with other dogs on the floor. I requested a first floor room, in case the dog had to go outside quickly, and my request was immediately granted. We were looking for a couple of rooms on a packed August weekend for a trip to Sandusky/Cedar Point. The price was right and the rooms were much better than expected. The property is older, the rooms were nice, and the free continental breakfast was a plus.

The hotel is not have an easy access. The area was very dark and not very nice. The rooms were not clean to its best. The comforter had some cigar burns, some furniture as well. not to mention it was a non-smoking room. The fitness room was not open.

I paid for this hotel through hotels.com, then the night clerk swiped my credit card, I mentioned the room was paid for, and she preceded to charge my card a second time. I received a receipt and when I checked my bank account there it was another charge. I called the hotel, and the service representative is removing the second charge. My hotel room was nonsmoking, however it stunk of smoke. The curtains, carpet, comforters smelled of smoke. Hallway was very dingy and dark. I would not stay at this hotel again and I don't recoment it to anyone. The guy checking me in had not even heard of hotels.com!

We made reservations at this hotel because we knew that this was a good stopping place in our 2 day drive. It was clean and the service was fine but the beds were so uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling to the center in the double bed we shared. Fire exit was locked.
