Terrible room, this is def not a 4 star hotel. Ugly building and it does not looks like the pictures posted on here. There is no beach front, you will have to walk under a tunnel to get to the beach. The Only good thing about this hotel was one receptionist in the morning shift, he was a very nice young guy, friendly and polite! The breakfast buffet […] was also good. Overall hotel in a bad location and depressing. I would not recommend! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Highly recommend!! Wish i was there now!!"

The view from our room was amazing!!The beach is crowded in the weekends but somehow you always find a really nice place to relax under the umbrellas. Beach bar makes yummy cocktails and the staff is very friendly!! The pool is ideal for a late swim , with an incredible view of the sunset. I am extremely satisfied with all the services, reception staff was very professional and help us with all our issues even though they were busy they made us feel special and important. This was our first visit to the hotel and we were 4 couples from different countries but we all decided in the same thing... Next summer we ll visit Eden beach again!! Keep up the good work!!

The hotel is made up 2 buildings – each room has its own terrace or balcony with room for 2 to sit. The gardens are some of the best hotel gardens I’ve ever seen with lovely plants trees and flowers planted to provide seclusion and shade. Our room was clean and in working order, including the air con, which worked fine and the small TV (satellite channels available). It’s not luxury rooms, just simple Mediterranean-style stuff. Reception are helpful and friendly so just ask. Food is, in my view very good. There is a buffet style restaurant for the 3 main meals, and a poolside cafes-restaurant during the day and also the beach restaurant with delicious pizza. There are all sorts of cocktails available and the stuff working at the bars is very helpful and kind. Pool is great although a kids pool would be needed. Once a week they also have a trial of scuba diving at the pool. We had nice time relaxing by the pool. The best bit is the beach, with its small enclosed harbor which makes for safe swimming, plus some surprisingly good snorkeling. the beach has also a blue flag. There is free canoeing and pedalo. If not, you can pay for lessons, also banana boat and rings are available also water skiing. Prices are no different to anywhere else. The animation team was amazing. They organized all types of sports activities during the morning and nice evening programs. There are also tennis courts and archery, shooting, plus mini club for kids. Plus the beach volley ball court. You can get the bus to Athens and to Cape Sounion. The stop is just outside the hotel and very easy, with the bus you can also visit the nearby towns and villages. In general we had a lovely time here and we will be back!!!

This is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have stayed in (apart from a place in crete). All the good comments are totally true. The staff are excellent and always helpful, food excellent, grounds lovely and plenty of space to walk around without that feeling of being in a crowded hotel (apart from meal times) ROOMS: There are many different types and the layout varies (from the peak I got walking along the corridor). But I will say if you are placed overlooking the front entrance you will get a good sea view. Sometimes it can be noisy due to coaches and cars. Sea views can be anything from full view, side view, or barely a view at all through trees. Balconies are generally quite large, and we requested a safety net for our daughter. Our room had been refurbished. Enough cupboard and drawer space and plugs everywhere. Wi-Fi coverage good. We had toiletries but no robes or slippers. There are no tea/coffee making facilities. They do supply kettles and they were helpful warming up the milk. There is a fridge but is part of the mini bar deal. There are in room safes with an innovation! A built - in power outlet to charge you belongings while stored away! First one! Towels and linen changed regularly, and rooms lovely and clean. Chambermaid lovely and polite FOOD: Very good choice of food and quality is good. It could be hotter at times though. It gets very busy at peak times and there is often a small queue for dinner but you never wait too long.. Al-a-Carte restaurants. Not much variety at the pool bar (mainly salads and grilled items), excellent pizza at the beach bar thaw ENTERTAINMENT: We didn’t participate much. There were karaoke nights and a folk night.. The evening shows fill an hour but enjoyed ourselves more in the bar chatting to other guests. Entertainment in the day focuses on keep fit or sport. WEATHER: e x c e l l e n t WI-FI: Available for 5 euros. FACILITIES: There are numerous activities: table tennis, tennis and all non-motorised water sports are free. You can certainly do as little or as much as you want at this hotel. There is a lovely beach perfectly safe for children. Plenty of sun-beds around the many different areas. Cannot comment on the Kids programme but they seemed to be enjoying it and seemed to have very good facilities. WHERE COULD IMPROVEMENTS BE MADE: Reduce the queues in the restaurant maybe a golf cart for in house transportation? Supply water in rooms. This is an all-inclusive hotel! Improve entertainment in the day for the slightly less active!

recently revamped on 5 hectares plot with unused capacity, overlooking south attic sea- luminous, serene, spacious hotel in slightly crowded community. exceptional beach and facilities, some sport amenities, good bar support and adequate all-inclusive offer.
"stay in another hotel in the region!!"

we went spent 3 nights at this hotel very recently. The only positive thing was the rooms that were spacious and clean but the rest was nightmare (very uncomfy bed and pillows) tho bathroom was very new and big and a/c was working fine (we stayed at the front part of the hotel which I believe t be built later than the main building so i assume the rooms were newer). Very very rude staff, no beach towels and when we complained the girl at the shop literally shouted at us and told us to go and complete a complaint form...very poor breakfast..and you have to pay extra money for sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. And as beach is a popular beach due to its proximity to athens, the weekends it got packed. We couldnt find sunbeds and was soo crowded that we decided to go back to our hotel. Will stay at another hotel next time if I visit the area...you dont get what you pay for!!!

We stayed for two nights, as part of a business trip. The room quality was quite high, however there have been several small things that make a hotel to stand out. Main disadvantages: uncomfortable beds, lack of sound isolation, crappy internet connection with continuous disconnects, old CRT tv with a non-working universal remote control (not ever being programmed?..), you had to walk a lot to get your breakfast in another building. Main advantages: kind staff, nice view, hot water at all times, very good breakfast and meals. I would advise it only for a lousy and relaxing weekend.
"Great accommodation, poor facilities and organisation"
We're staying here right now, what hasn't helped is the appalling weather we've had! The kids club only started today and is either £35 for a day or £50 for 7 days but its closed 2 days of that so well overpriced! Especially if you have 2 children! And there absolutely nothing else for kids to do here the tiny park is good, but obviously in the rain useless! The staff are pretty miserable on the whole with a few exceptions! Though think this is down to being very very understaffed! The food is edible but definitely nothing to get excited about or look forward to and if you're a fussy eater it might be a nightmare! The rooms, ours is 2 bed town house is amazing, all mod cons but no washing machine, iron, toaster or kettle, hair dryer soap etc which I would have expected for a 4*! The shuttle bus into town is very busy but at least saves a bit on taxis. The walk would be fine for adults but quite a long way if you have little ones. The inside pool is very small and you must wear a swims at! Which if you buy here is 5euros each! And the pools outside are not heated so even if the suns out for an hour they're too cold to use! Towels are €25 per family and they hold €100 deposit from you when you check in! If ou get to the hotel before 4 be warned that you can't get in your room until after 4! We had 2 sleeping children with nowhere to lay them down, and whilst we could use the facilities nobody explained what and where things were and how to use them! Theres 1 bar and 1 restaurant, Also no welcome pack in room explaining things! Pretty rubbish! I can imagine being self catering in the sunshine would be lovely here, but in the pouring rain all inclusive not what I would recommend! I usually ind the positives in things especially on holiday but its been hard to this week especially trying to keep a 2 and 4 year old amused too

Very nice hotel. I am wondering if it is for sale. In the region of Attica there are plenty of hotels but only a few are by the sea-side with a view to the Aegean sea. So I suggest if someone really wants to relax in a quiet surrounding 40 klm far from Athens it is ideal
"A relaxing shortbreak"

Our experience with Eden beach hotel is a good one. I was looking for a small vacation break not far away from home. We made the reservation through booking.com and the verdict is: value for money. Our room was comfortable, spacious and relatively recently renovated. I would definitely go for a larger tv set with more options. Our room had a side sea view overlooking the garden. I recon the place is a family run hotel. Service is not perfect but staff is happy and willing to help. The best bit ist the beach. There is a beach bar and great cocktails. The beach is a secluded offering an amazing sunset. We spend most of our time there. The got a really good water sport school with all sort of stuff. We tried to rent the Jet Ski but apparently license was requiredL. We stayed four nights and only once we went out to a nearby village with lots of taverns and cafes. Overall I’d say it is a nice place to spend time to relax. The beach is a great plus.
