High price
I thought that for the price the hotel didn't measure up for quality and extra amenities. ... no breakfast...etc.... too high of a price for the room and with no extras...

Not what I expected
I must say I was a bit disappointed. Upon arrival, there was no one else waiting to check in, however the one clerk at the front desk was on a phone call. Granted, I know she was helping a customer on the phone, but we literally stood there for more than 5 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge us. She never did. Eventually, another clerk showed up and got us checked in very quickly. The valet staff was AWESOME. They were pleasant, courteous and fast. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. First, it was confusing. For $11.99, it's a "made to order" breakfast. But it includes a breakfast bar as well, though the bar only has things like cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt etc. A server comes over to take your order, and a cook then prepares your eggs, meat choice, etc. Our server was very sweet, but not attentive at all. She may have been trying to serve the entire dining room by herself (and it was full). The food itself was very average. I would stay here again because of the location (I'm a UT Mom), but next time I won't have such high expectations.

Hotel fine, just don't eat there
Hotel facility was lovely, service generally not very efficient. We had bad experience for dinner - ordered lobster ravioli which was cold, but also had strong fishy smell, we sent it back, not really edible. Then ordered a steak flatbread - steak was slimy, flatbread was like raw dough. Have no idea who was cooking in the back. It was awful. We actually couldn't eat it either. They didn't charge us, but we didn't have dinner that night. Walking around that neighborhood at night was not an option.
