i enjoyed the stay the room was clean the breakfast was good we as a family really enjoyed the indoor pool. our next stay i will request a room on the inside or one the 1st floor it was not fun lugging kids and luggage up three flights of stairs.

We recently stayed in the Hampton Inn while in Tyler for my daughter's gymnastics meet. Given it was early spring, the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. I would definitely stay there again if we're ever in the area!

I stay at Hampton Inns regularly because, though bland, are consistently spotlessly clean and well maintained. This particular Hampton Inn however fell short in few areas. The building itself is of the older design in which hallways are all outdoors--not the typical enclosed hallway design. Numerous floor tiles were loose or missing in these outdoor […] hallways. I was visiting the area, sharing the weekend with my girlfriend. Thought this would be a great spot to treat her. Had the King Suite Jacuzzi. Very clean it was and kept very well maintenanced. Good and respectable staff...Very good rooms for a hotel where you enter your room from outside. Highly recommended.

Met a lovely man on a popular dating site, had been talking to him since January. We both decided to meet and thought Tyler would be a great place because it was a halfway mark for us both. I searched many hotels but found the the Hampton had just what we wanted at a very reasonable price, plus I had stayed in one previously and it was great. Wonderful stay, everything was clean & recleaned daily. Hotel was just 10 miles from the wedding we were there to attend. Only thing was they had chives in their eggs for breakfast. Other than that everything was great.

Full breakfast buffet is nothing more than a continental breakfast. It is misleading to say full breakfast buffet! It was noisy & none to welcome & help! The area is a cramped. The breakfsat is bare minimum. Poorly provided. Front desk reception not even gave greetings when we checked-in! Hotels.com should know what they tell customers about hotels […] they recommend! The breakfast was impressive for a hotel this size. I don't usually like exterior entrance hotels, but I really didn't hear any road traffic. The rooms were a lot nicer than I thought too. I was really impressed with this hotel overall! The staff was friendly and answered my questions.

Well I got this Hotel for my parents 30th anniv. I was looking for a hotel that was #1 resonable in price, #2 had a Personal Hot Tub in the room & #3 Had a Hot Breakfast and needless to say this hotel had all the above. This hotel was just off the highway and easy to find. What made this hotel the best is that it had an indoor pool with a hot tub. It also has a fitness center that we did not use this time. This is an older hotel with rooms entered from an outdoor balcony. The rooms on the east side face a busy street which can be kind of noisy. Breakfast was good. Fitness room was OK.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel and I really appreciated how quiet and comfortable it is. The cable internet service was simple to use and the flat screen TV very nice. I have already recommended it to friends and family and next time we visit our son at UT Tyler we will stay there.

I travel to Tyler alot to visit family and what a great find. When we got there they it felt as if they were waiting on us to arrive.
