We really liked this hotel. It was so clean and the room was big enough for two people. The bed was so comfortable. I kept saying to myself " wow this is such a wonderful hotel!" I'll definitely stay here again.

The customer service wasn't exactly the greatest and our room was not freshened the entire time we were there! We loved the layout of the suite and the room and hotel itself were nice. We would consider staying here again in the future.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hyatt Place. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering the prices of other local hotels, I would most definitely recommend the Hyatt Place for your stay.

We had a suite and the mirrors were everywhere on our side of the suite, no privacy basically, everything you did on one side of the room could be seen in sitting area as well. all clothes changing and etc had to be done in a bathroom, five people in one room using same bathroom took a while. Hotel accomadations were great, good breakfast although not alot of options they do give real plates etc not paer goods.

I've stayed in this hotel three times and this time was pretty bad. Our bathroom had no door. the back of the toilet was too small and didn't fit. very noisey. took three floors before found a working ice machine.

Although this was not my final destination but a stop during my vacation, my experience at the Hyatt far exceeded my expectations. From a spotless, spacious room, to the hotel services, to the friendly, helpful staff, this hotel is a must for anyone looking for a good place to stay in the area.

Overall my stay was very good. Had the room had a micro wave and an ether net cable connection The stay would of been perfect. The staff was very curtious and rooms were very clean and will continue to use that hotel whenever I stay in the area.

At 9:20 in the morning a housekeeper is knocking at the doors of the rooms that schedule to check out, asking them if they are checking out now, I believe its too early to knock on the guest room doors when ckeck out time is 11:am. most people are not up yet,I also operate and manage a hotel and this kind of action needs to be address,I find this very rude, beside that the hotel is average.

It was better than expected. According to some of the reviews, I think it was a great stay and I would recommend it to others!

Hotel was beautiful, but housekeeping never serviced our room. Mgmt said they would refund one night, but never did.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean except for the bathroom. The toilet was not clean at all. It had black mold around the rim where the water comes out. Other than the bathroom, the hotel is a nice place to stay for a weekend

Hotel was clean, very contemporary, comfortable bed and nice continental breakfast. Service was great and it very close to eating spots.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the parking lot to the lobby to the room, everything was pristine. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, even going so far as to lend my son a pencil to do his math homework with! The room was very large and even included a blanket that we used when sitting on the couch watching TV. Probably the only negative would be the breakfast bar. We had to pay extra for eggs and bacon, but, even then the price was remarkable for the amount of food we got. We ordered two plates, but would have been fine with one.

What a great place...it was convenient to uptown, beltway and downtown. Rates were very affordable, front desk staff were kind and very helpful, and the housekeepers and maintenance workers were also friendly. The room size was perfect, bathroom was a little small, but was clean and served the purpose. There was a nice vanity area, hair dryer, ironing board, closet and chest of drawer space. Also room had small kitchenette with sink, minifridge (wasn't really cold) and coffee/coffee pot. There was also a desk with lamp, fold out sofa and extra blankets! The bed was really comfortable and pillows were soft! The dining area was clean, breakfast was basic, but healthy with toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, oj, coffee, water and milk. Other food was available for purchase. All in all....love it!

Clean, friendly environment, very convenient and near airport

The room was great,had every thing but a wet bar.

We were very impressed with the overall appearance of the hotel, the employees were polite, friendly and ready to help with anything. The location to the airport was great and having the schuttle available was wonderful. Close to a variety of restaurants with very good food. We would definetely stay here again and the comfort of the hotel made the departure from our family a bit easier.

I left a comment card to brag about what a great place. Coast to coast regardless of north south east west. I love this place. A refrigerator in my room and not being charged daily for it. Lovely sitting room for another bed area. Clean, spacious. Didn't discover the vast breakfast array; beyond carbs and starches 'hot, protein source'..extra charge but so what. My only recommendation was to support 'green' conservation; provide lots more towel hooks/racks. only one in a two person room.Plus, more of the front desk staff could smile, welcome even acknowledge guests versus keeping heads down at computer after having seen guests.

The room was perfect for the number of people we had with us. The Staff was more than courteous. The pool was very nice too...

The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. The staff, however, was unfriendly and unaccomodating. The front desk clerk barely acknowledged us when we arrived and we were offered no help with our luggage. All of the hotel employees seemed dour and uninterested in our needs.

The hotel was nice and reasonably well kept. My only complaint was that the pool was closed the entire weekend we were there with no warning on the hotel web site. Our daughter was disapointed.

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only down side was the check in kiosk. There was a large party of guests at the desk, so we decided to use the kiosk. It could not find our reservation with our credit card or the booking number. That said, the staff was so fast, the big party had already gone up stairs and the desk staff checked us in super quick!

Do not ask for a king size bed, the room came with a shower that was very awkward, it had a shower head with a long handle and kept falling off it's base. The room also had no bureau, otherwise the room was great. We would stay again, only in a different room.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt. For the price, it was quite nice. The decor is contemporary and comfortable. We found the staff to be courteous and attentive. It was convenient having a restaurant next door. We would definitely stay there again.

A Great hotel...... staff and hotel very very nice!!!

I was shocked when I saw the room, for the price I paid. It was much more "plush" and felt more like an upgrade than the room I had anticipated. The staff were especially friendly and pointed us in the direction of an outstanding restaurant in the local area.

Stayed with 2 grandchildren and everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very large spacious room for four. Would stay again. Ruby Tuesdays right across the parking lot was very convenient. Super place for the money

I tried to log in the self-service kiosk but wasn't able to. I went to the customer service desk and there was an African American lady in front of me. The front desk personnel was assisting her. I'm guessing she assumed I was with her since I'm African American and begin giving us both the tour information together. I wasn't insulted but I was surprised she made this assumption. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cups were dirty. Their was hair in the sink and bathroom (not mine). We had a power outage for an hour. If I didn't have my laptop, I would not have had any lights. No one who worked their new what was going on. Thank God I have a cell phone because when the power left the hotel's phone didn't work. Shortly thereafter, our toilet got clogged. We called the receptionist at 10 PM, she said someone would be right up. By 11:30 no one showed. I called again, another operator said they didn't fix clogged toilets and I would have to come get a plunger and do it my self. After getting the dirty plunger and not being successfully able to get it unclogged, I called back at 12:30 AM and asked for help. They send a man up who was not pleased to help. He was so grouchy and unpleasant I couldn't wait until he left. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Customer service means everything to me.
