Our room was great. Comfortable. The only problem is that you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms so unless you are there to party all night, cross your fingers that you are surrounded by quiet people. If you ARE there to party, be curtious to your neighbors.

Was very very very dissappointed that they would charge you $12.00 for coffee in your room, In a $200.00 room with and additional $25.00 fee for "Guest Services" and they won't even give you a cup of coffee in the morning. I visit Las Vegas a few times a year for work and pleasure. I've stayed in almost every hotel on the strip at least one. Caesars Palace has been by far the worst value. We tried to check in at noon and were told there was an early checkin fee of $25. The hotel room has a Keurig coffee machine, and they want $12 for a box of cups to have coffee in my […] own room. The resort fee says it includes Internet, but only for one device, extra if you have a computer and another device. Everything was as I expected except the rooms we stayed in. Vintage quality TV (CRT), sub-standard transmission, and room without adequate sound proofing on the door joining the other rooms. The location on the strip is great and the casino in itself is great with good restaurants and shopping places.

Great experience - one night Vegas trip. All the staff was SUPER friendly! I couldn't get over that. Every staff member I spoke with asked how they could help me, how my trip was going, to have a good morning/afternoon/night. These are all things one would expect from a hotel, but so often does not receive. We never left the facility, with all the shopping and food all under one roof. A bit expensive, but no worse than other places on the strip. Small tv and maid service was not as prompt as some places but room was nice, service great and overall facility massive and beautiful.

$28 resort fee. No late check out because my "rate" didnt allow it. Hair on bed. No closet. Hard beds harder sheets. Food outrageously expensive. $4.95 for a fountain soda! Unreal. The rudeness of the front desk really bugged me tho.

They put us in the Roman Tower, which has no bathroom doors whatsoever (so, yes, you do your business in the open) and the carpets are covered in filthy stains. The view of the air conditioning units is also superb. When we went down to complain about the lack of doors and the disgusting stains on the floors we were basically told "tough" and given […] a poor attitude. The night before I had stayed in another room not booked through Hotels.com and was upgraded without even asking by a woman who was very eager to please and accommodate. I guess on this site you get what you pay for. We had to pay a not insignificant sum per night to upgrade to another tower just to get bathroom doors and clear carpets. On top of it the pool plays horrible top 40 music. With all the new hotel offerings on the Strip I can't see myself ever staying here again. Read more

Beds were super comfortable, room was quite. Front desk staff not so friendly. Surprised by the resort fee for Internet. Read the fine print.
