"A bathroom door would be nice...."
Stayed in the Roman Tower. The bathroom in the room had no door on it. I found this odd and a bit uncomfortable. Called the front desk and was told that's just the way it is in some of the rooms in the Roman Tower, which "hasn't been renovated since the hotel was built." It seems to me that bathroom doors were customary back in the 1950s or whenever […] this hotel was built. So I didn't much like that, nor did I like the fact that it took half an hour to get through the line to check in, then I was told (at 4 PM) that there was no room ready and that they would call my cell when they had one. Which they never did. Eventually I went up and asked and they said it was in fact ready. Apparently I could have been waiting all night for them to call as promised. Other than these issues the hotel was fine, I guess. The room was clean and quiet. It was just a hassle doing anything in the hotel (like getting a cup of coffee), because there are so many people staying there that there's always a really long line. Wouldn't be my choice in the future, but if you like a central location and don't mind crowds and lines, it should be fine for you. Just ask in advance if you want a door on your bathroom! "On the strip.."
It was expensive. Not to mention they told me I'm going to get a view of the strip and the mirage. What I got is a very small part of the mirage and a huge view of the parking lot... I would say 90 % parking lot 10% strip. Another suprising event, when we got there , there was a keurig coffee maker in the room, but no coffe.. I called up the customer […] svcand said " I see the coffee machine, but no coffe.... She said..... oh yes there is it's on the bar... I said Ohh..... You guys charging for the coffee? She said Yes.... It is 12.95.... I just thought it was awful... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Had a great trip. The only negative I would mention is that they started charging a resort fee of $28/night. We were told this was to simplify billing because it includes wifi and gym usage rather than guests having to pay for services a la carte. However when we tried to use the wi-fi it still requires you to sign up for $14.99 a day. We called down […] to the desk and they said we will be credited back the amount on the bill, BUT we are only allowed to connect with ONE device for free, and would be charged for using multiple devices. Seems a bit silly to me. Of course we didn't spend a ton of time in the room, and it didn't dampen our trip, which was otherwise a very pleasant experience. I'd definitely return. Nice Hotel. I don't understand why you pay a resort fee of 28 dollars. They already make a Killing off gambling. But it looks like that fee is all over Nevada. Anyway I won a few hundred bucks and got it back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I really enjoyed my stay at Caesars Palace, the rooms and decor exceeded my expectations. Very nice stay with beautiful room and quite comfortable. My main complaint is the check in with all the people, there has got to be a better way. It was ridiculous how long it takes to check in. Also there is a credit for a meal for the hotel that was pretty good […] as far as choices but not real clear as to which restaurants it uses. I found myself searching for the restaurants that were included with the credit, and the lines were quite long and the wait was long to get into the restaurants Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Do yourself a favor and stay at Nobu Hotel!"
My wife and I were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and decided to go to Vegas. The hotel staff at Nobu was amazing. Everything was clean and they even left us chocolates and champaign as an anniversary gift. By far the most professional group I have encountered in a long time. The location is close to all the Vegas action and shows. The gambling […] was good and the drinks were generously served! Highly recommended! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bad and messy services"
The lady at the bell desk was very rude. She would not listen to complaints about the hotel. She yelled back at customers - she did not realize that complaints were about the hotel, nothing to do with herself. She needs to learn about customer cares and responsibilities. Big hotel with a bit messy management. We had multiple rooms. We wanted to simply […] have 3 rooms on the same floor. We tried multiple times in advance-we even did the pre-registration at the hotel in the morning, They promised multiple times but did nothing. At the end they gave us 3 random rooms on different floors! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

WE were checked in a room that was dirty, it was not cleaned after the previous guest checked out, the hotel then sent the cleaning crew to clean it, to compensate the trouble we went through, the hotel the next day upgraded us to a wonderful two room suite, that was very nice of them, I was very satisfied when they did that, cause I was staying with […] family which helped them to enjoy the new room too. "Great location, not great service"
My only complaints were a broken safe and no late check-out in the middle of the week. When we discovered the safe was broken they said that I would have to wait in the room for a technician and they couldn't give any eta. So we just kept the do not disturb sign up the whole time. "Nobu hotel is the best!"
Nobu hotel at Caesars Palace is very clean, hospitable, and comfortable. The one king-size bed room is very spacious. The amenities are great, the bathroom is spacious. There is no foul lingering smoking smell unlike other hotels. As soon as you step out of the hotel tower you are in Caesars Palace surrounded by restaurants and of course casino. The […] entrance to the Colosseum is steps away, the Forum shops are also steps away. The hotel concierge is 24-hours available and they can help you buy tickets to shows. "horrible customer service"
The lady at the check out counter was rude and didn't even bother to ask about my stay. The tenants next to us were loud and it took two calls to get them to quiet down! The parking attendant was rude after he was told that we did not have change for his tip. Well not stay there again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Would stay again"
This hotel was great with a great location. No complaints at all with our room, service, comfort etc. I mark it down a bit due to the difficulty of getting around. The place is a maze/labyrinth. Poor signage makes it necessary to wander which is probably the intent. I just know that if I had small children or physical limitations it would have been […] really a hard place to be. I also have a complaint about the availability of breakfast foods in the place. One only serves danish/pastry type items and the only other that does a real breakfast is a non participation restaurant for the food credits you may get with your hotel reservation. (The food was great) The location in the center of the strip can't be complained about though. Next door to Bellagio and Mirage. You can go to both their shows easily. We were in Vegas for our sons wedding and changed hotels for the last two days of our stay for some time on the strip. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not worth it"
The hotel architecture and amenities are fantastic. But to enjoy them you must pay a resort fee on top of your booking fee. Its around $30 a day and a waste if you dont plan on stayin 24hrs in the hotel. The Internet access for the hotel is terrible. If you need to have access for business don't stay here. It's free in your room for one device but after […] that it will cost you. My suggestion, stay elsewhere and visit the hotel. Room was old and outdated. I have stayed in so many other hotels on the strip and really wanted to stay at Ceasers. I won't stay again but was glad to check it off my list. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Avoid the Roman Tower"
We had previously stayed in the Palace Tower and had no idea the Roman Tower was not the same quality - should have know the rate we booked was too good to be true. Our Roman Tower room was not even Holiday Inn quality. No robes, no mini bar, subpar bathroom, and on the 3rd floor our view was a wall - literally no light. Luckily we were able to upgrade […] to a Palace Tower room for the next 2 of our 3 nights for a well-worth-it additional $33 per night. Our Palace Tower north-strip-view 26th floor room was great! Exactly like our previous Palace room - great BIG bathroom with jetted tub, robes, Keurig, mini bar and just much nicer quality overall. The Roman Tower doesn't even deserve to be part of Caesar's! If lured by the price, go for a standard room at Mirage or Treasure Island - much nicer for the same price! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The biggest complaint I had is that they charged us a $28 fee for checking in early. We checked in at 2 pm, and they said if you check in before 4 pm you are too early. Seemed a bit odd.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Show me the room."
We checked in at ~9am, knowing that our room would not be ready until later. We were told to check back between 3:30pm and 4:00pm when our room would be ready.. We came back at 3:45pm: no room. We checked again at 4:30: no room. We hung around the bar in the lobby until after 5pm: still no room. After some complaining by us and a few phone calls by […] the desk agent they finally managed to scrounge up a room for us. What was most annoying is that other people were checking in while we were waiting; why were their rooms ready when they just walked in the door and we had been waiting all day?!?! If this is now they treat people who book through sites like Hotels.com then perhaps Hotels.com should not be doing business with them. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Grandeur makes up for small amenities"
I've always wanted to stay at Caesars and now I can scratch it off my list. The hotel is impeccable. The decor, the pools, the service -everything throughout the hotel was marvelous. However, you do spend some time in your room and there were little things that we expected that weren't available: coffee maker, microwave. If you wanted it -you had to […] pay for it. The 24hrs "restaurant" by check in serves microwave food at high end prices. But again, those are small "picky" things if you will, that we found annoying. "Good hotel, but not good value for money"
The caesars palace is a good casino with a nice pool and so on, but service is again not really good. If you are a highroller, then maybe there is some kind of service, but else this hotel is not good just for a family vacation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Pretty nice hotel and casino if you like huge. Only advice is to ask for a room with a bathroom door. No kidding ours did not have one. Also nine dollar beers are a bummer but I guess that is typical on the strip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Bathrooms need an update"
The hotel itself is in a perfect location on the strip. The room was clean, but the bathroom is terrible. It looks great at first, but the water pressure is terrible. It took me forever to wash my hair. I do not like to spend an extra 20 - 30 minutes in the shower just rinsing my hair because the faucet barely dripped on me. The sinks were turning green […] from stains, and they dripped all night. There was a constant puddle in the tub from it dripping as well, what a waste of water. For the money we spent at Caesars I expected to be wow'ed by my room and I wasnt - and we even had an upgraded room. The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself was clean. If you dont care about taking forever to wash your hair, or dripping sinks, this is a good hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a very personal experience"
We had a great stay in Las Vegas. Just don't expect any special service and it's expensive for what you get. All staff express that they'll help you with anything but as an example: our mini bar couldn't open and it took us 3 calls over an hour to concierge before we could get the message (from a lock smith they sent because they thought it was the […] safe - the third time we called) that 'the server was down' and because of that the fridge couldn't open. It was never able to open during our stay and they didn't compensate in any way (they could have sent a drink - we arrived from death valley and just wanted to relax at the room for an hour or so with a cold drink. "Customer Service not so great..."
Our room and the pool area was lovely but the check in process was excruciating: it took us three tries at the front desk to get into our room! The 1st time we got there they said we could pay a fee to check in for we were about 1hr early. Ok, so we went and gambled. 2hrs later, stand in line, rooms still not ready. Sigh. 2hrs later, rooms STILL not […] ready! So we fussed a little and they gave us a snack bar credit. Why does checking in take so long and why is it so inefficient? Also, front desk could not figure out how to help us get on wifi. Sink was leaking, they said someone would come up and fix it but nobody did. Upon checkout, we had extra fees for the minibar on our account that we did not use ($13 bucks for a little packet of cookies? Seriously?) Also, slot machine variety was not great. We mostly gambled elsewhere. We would not return to this hotel, Monte Carlo is cheaper and more efficient. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

I thought the room was dated. It had no desk and outlet for a computer. The wind was so strong that it rattled the windows all night long and even the curtains shook.
