"Small Rooms, Bad lighting in bathroom & room."
Rooms were small, we almost booked the Octavious room but tried this. Usually I can move lighting around from the main room to the bathroom, to do my makeup. But all the bulbs were dim. "Fabulous swimming pools!!!"
We were amazed at how beautiful this hotel was. We were upgraded to Nobu Hotel because they were out of the rooms in the Palace tower. Nobu was very quiet and peaceful. Due to the fact that it is tucked in the middle of massive Ceasar's Palace the view out the window isn't really pretty. The room was beautiful except there was a Starbucks bag behind […] the nightstand that the maid must have missed from the previous guests. We love the Shampoo and conditioner and body balm from NatruBisse. I feel we will go back another time just for the fabulous pools!! Our kids could swim in them and we weren't worried because they are 4 ft and shallow and there are lifeguards which is nice. Enjoyed our stay but we stayed in the Roman room and it wasn't the best. The TV could not be moved to watch it from the bed. Also there was a definite smell every time we walked in. Found a great deal on this hotel, or so I thought. Everything is super expensive, they say the need a $200 deposit and will take it out of your account once you're gone. When I called them to ask why all she could tell me was that I would MAYBE get my money back in 7-10 days. A Hispanic bell guy was extremely rude and really made me upset. "Old glory/tourist trap"
Room was spacious but the furniture, bathroom and especially the carpet had seen better days. Ice machines were not working on several floors. Room was cheap but then they charge you an extra $25 (+ tax) called a 'resort fee'. So even if you just stay overnight you still have to pay for fitness room access, local telephone calls and wifi (which wasn't […] even working on my device!). "Not worth it."
This deal is way over priced when compared to nicer accomodations at similar hotels. Did not like that I would have to pay $28 extra if I checked in at 2:15 instead of 3:00. Also, I was charged a $28 Resort Fee upon Check Out which brought my special Hotel.com rate to about twice the rate of similarly listed hotels. We were there for one night and enjoyed our stay. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. We did not have any ice on our floor therefore we went to other floors and found all ice bins were out. We called the front desk and reported it and were told that the ice machines would have more ice shortly. Five hours later, still no ice in ice machines on any floor. […] Called again and was told that they would bring ice to us. They did bring ice to our room but said that patrons had carried all the ice from all the machines when they left since it had been a busy past week-end. Caesars is definitely on the premium price side but the location as well as the comfort provided would likely justify it. This time I chose to stay in the Nobu Hotel within Caesar's. Its a boutique hotel within the sprawling Caesar's Resort but worked out great. Sometimes the small front desk tends to get backed up at peak times since they have limited […] staff but they also try to make it up with treating you well and being attentive. The rooms are beautifully done and very comfortable (except the couch). All the finer details (power outlets everywhere, ipod sync with TV) are very nice touches. And you get priority for reservations at Nobu Restaurant, etc within the Caesar's facilities which is a good perk to have though I didn't use it.
