fairly expencive for off season , front desk staff was not nice at all , she was not very helpfull and she was nasty at times . room was ok but for the price i paid i had much much higher expectations . I would try a diffrent place next time

The hotel is within walking distance to the arcades, lake, restaurants and the Frankenstein haunted house. The hotel room is very clean and big. The downside is that we heard the person next door laugh very loudly and when the blow dryer is being used. It was very quiet at night so it wasn't noisy or anything.

We stayed here on our leaf-peeping trip to the Adirondacks. They have great breakfast options for less than $8. I wish their bathroom was slightly bigger given that the room was spacious. The wash-basin is flat instead of being bowl-shaped, making it difficult to use.

Felt like we were back in the 1970s! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool (small) and the Jacuzzi tub (huge). We walked down the street to dinner. Overall a fine overnight stop.

We stayed at this "hotel" the second week in September, as we were going to a wedding next door at Fort William Henry. The day we checked in we were the only car in the parking lot, I would hardly call it a hotel, more so a motel or motor lodge. The lobby and outside pool area have a Tiki theme to them. Room was a classified as a Queen efficiency, layout was very usable. Just stayed for a quick one night stop so didn't get to experience all of the hotel's ammenities. But would do a return trip though.

The bed was comfortable. The Queen with pull-out sofabed would be perfect for a family with a child or 2 young children. One room with two flat screens. If you plan to stay at Tiki get a room in the hotel portion with the lobby and not the motel portion to the right of the lobby. We had a 2nd floor room in the motel section and I wasn't impressed. Warning to all that the floors are not carpeted and very slippery tiles when wet or in socks. A typical room when it comes to ammenities. The indoor pool […] is nothing like the photo they show. Very old and only 3ft at deepest end. The lobby and restaraunt area are very well maintained and from walking around looking at the rest of that building, that looks nice too. We were at the lake most of the time. At theTiki (its not a resort) the bed was hard and the stairwell was dirty. Generally we enjoyed the scenery of Lake George and had a good time. There was a lot to do since it was the last week in August.

You get what you paid for. The room is ok...no big deal. No carpet. There's common balcony/walkway with spiderwebs. Stairwells can use renovations. I would stay another hotel on our next visit to Lake George.

The hotel was "OK" There was LOTS of maintenance issues..broken light, key reader for lock needed to be replaced, and they needed to do a walk around with their cleaning staff..smugs on the windows, walls.

I was not impressed to be honest. The hotel was really dirty. The hallways where the rooms are were filthy. The door to my room was banged up. The indoor pool disgusting; however, the outdoor pool was nice. My room was decent. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzi tub was a nice feature.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night. It was a pleasant experience for somebody new to the area, like me. My male friend had been to Lake George in the past, first time in this hotel. One major complaint I think was our TV remote control, we couldn't find the first time, called front desk 2x,for maintenance to come down and give us a new one. […] We had a flat screen TV, very nice. The remote control didn't work very well,had to be in the right angle all the time for it to work, maintenance guy said it was just very sensitive, but actually my friend and I think it needed new batteries, but we're only there for one nigh, so we just let it go. The red Jacuzzi was great, loved it,wish the room was not street level or in the basement, but relatively quiet.The shower shd have instructions,'cause you turn it to left says H but cold water comes out, wait for awhile,then turn back to right says C and finally water gets hot. Everything was good. I stayed there before and was surprised to see they don't have the continental breakfast. They give out a coupon for a beer but children don't drink and my husband and I don't drink. I wish they still had the breakfast.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel, its great value for money. Cute pool area and excellent pool side service, Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location, short walk to the heart of the village. Only downside was that the hotel bar was closed at eleven.
