From the moment we entered and were greeted by Michael until we checked out after a three night stay the staff could not do enough for us. The breakfast was a little better then most places continental breakfasts - there was a small refrigerator which had different flavor yogurts including greek - the waffle maker had several condiments available to […] put on it - there was both scrambled and hard boiled eggs. The lobby had something different to offer everyday - m & m's one day, tootsie rolls the next - just a nice touch. I called up when I first got in my room and asked if they had harder pillows - Michael brought me two up right away. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms and lobby very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods. The location was convenient to the highway, TSongas Arena and Boston. The title says it all. This is your "vanilla" hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Seems like it belongs to the 90s. Nothing fancy here. Breakfast was not that good but you can always count on plenty of fruits and cereals. The coffee was horrible so plan a stop at your favorite coffee shop.

The heater in my room was either too hot or too cold, so that was a bit of an issue. I also found the bed to be uncomfortable We did have a fire alarm while I was staying there and the staff repsonded very well with extra points to compensate for our inconvenience. They had plenty of coffee, snacks, cookies, everything was fine.

The hotel was great, nice and clean and service at the front desk was wonderful. Only down side is there is just one elevator we could see and it is one of the slowest I've ever been on - also it's pretty small - fits about two people with luggage.

This hotel reflects the quality of all the Fairfield Inns I have stayed at. A pretty good value for the money. Clean and well maintained with friendly staff. The surrounding area doesn't offer much for food and entertainment that I saw, and the hotel entrance was a little hard to find but not bad. Over all it was a good value for the money.

I have stayed at this hoel on a regular basis yearly and find the staff helpfull,the breakfast is very good.
