The wi-fi in my room was very spotty. Nearly non-existant. It was, however, free. At least I didn't pay extra for that. They didn't give a whole lot of thought to the exercise room. It had the minimal amenities and could use an update in machines. In addition, the refrigerator, which I had needed to use, was not equipped with a freezer and was unpluged when I took the room.

Staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early so my kids could swim before we went to dinner. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Would stay again.

We live here in amarillo and just wanted to get away from home. This is our 2nd time here and we love staying here. Very clean, love the pool & hot tub, very nice employees , & the breakfast was the best.

I have stayed at this particular Drury in the past and have always been pleased with the hotel. The only negative was the fact that we stayed on the 6th floor, where the meeting rooms are located. The minute you step out of the elevator, you can smell cigarette smoke - I was surprised. The rooms did not have any cigarette odor, but the hallway did have a lingering odor of stale smoke. I think they need to rethink their policy.

We have stayed in this motel about 6 times, but wil probably try a different motel next year. The breakfast is great and the front desk check-in was good but the surrounding area & maintenance of the area seems to be going down. We do like the fact that it is Pet Friendly.

For a Quality Inn, this one sure looked tired. It could do with a makeover, and some televisions that aren't obsolete and don't have a fuzzy picture on every channel.

Arrived VERY late and fortunately our reservation was held. Thank you. There were literally no parking places left anywhere in the parking lot, so we had to double-park in a drive way. I was a little sketchy about what our car would look like in the morning. Fortunately, it was just fine. Overall, a reasonable visit, with no complaints.

The hotel was not convenient to access. The room was not maintained well. The lady that was supposed to prepare breakfast did not come to work. A substitute was called, but did not know how to prepare food.

This has to be one of the worst Quality Inn properties in their system. The property is old and has not been updated in many years. The beds were old and the linen on the bed was threadbare. You could see through several spots on the sheets. Lighting in the room was very dim. The television was outdated. Towels in the room were dingy and stained. The […] toilet leaked and ran several times throughout the night. The property is next to the interstate and noisy. The door did not seal properly and had about a half inch gap at the bottom door seal. My son's room next door was much the same and even had loose tiles on the shower/tub enclosure. We stopped at this hotel for a quick overnite on a recent road trip. Neighborhood did not look or feel safe. The hotel has posted all over the outside that they are not responsible for thief to your vehicle. Makes you feel real safe, huh? The rooms were in poor condition and dirty.
