We attended a conference in New Holland and this hotel was perfect to rest after a long day! Our king studio had everything we needed. The location next to Applebees is so convenient for a nightcap! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we come for a vacation to the Lancaster area, we will stay here again! You can always trust the quality of a Hampton Inn.

My stay was very comfortable and close to all surrounding restaurants and attractions. Staff was very accommadating and the food was excellent. I woould recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quality suite.

Overall, this hotel is fine. Our room was a little annoying in that the fan in the bathroom came on when light was turned which normally isn't a big... deal. The hotel is filthy.. Needs remodeling in a desperate way. The entire hotel has a foul odor that I cannot describe. The woman at the front was completely incompetent, we requested a late checkout and we had to remind her twice! We were here for a little privacy on Valentines day and it was intrusive the next morning to receive a call at 9am asking when […] we'd be checking out. To top everything off the hotel made a mistake and charged me $50 for "missing pillows"! I'm livid and feel I can't do anything about this, as technically it is my word against the hotels. Very friendly staff. The hotel is going through some desperately needed renovation. The beds were comfortable enough, room and bathroom clean. After a long day shopping, it was fine for the night -- quiet, and we slept well.

We stayed here the night before a seminar at the Sovereign center. Perfect location-only 5 min drive. Amazing breakfast! Rooms had all we needed for just one night stay. Couldn't get towels delivered...had to go down to front desk and no elevator, but all in all we were happy. Will stay here again if need be.

It' was O.K. It is plagued with the " the grungy carpet syndrome". when you walk around in your bare feet near the door which is also near the bathroom, it feels as it is dirty. I'm sure after many cleanings it doesn't take long for the carpet to "soil up" again. We just stayed one night, everything else was "A OK". We would stay again.

It was nice but few things needed to be pointed out. 1> Breakfast is good but it closes too early. Other places close at 10:30 am but this one close at 9:30 am There are some late sleepers ya know. 2> Our rooms were on 2nd floor....we have to use the stairs. Seriously.
