This motel was convenient to the Syracuse airport. It is an older motel in basic condition. I had no issues and felt that while the room was dated it was clean.

I could not find the hotel...that took me almost one hour. Once I got there the layout of the rooms is impossible. I had to call the lobby to have them find me and my room. Yikes what a mess. Room was too small for a king sized bed.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We were originally given a filthy smoking room in error; we then switched to a different room which at first glance was adequate for a one night stay but clearly run down. We then woke to observe out children with multiple bites and bed bugs in the bed. I stay at this hotel whenever business takes me to Syracuse. The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are (fairly) clean, comfortable and in good repair. They have free internet and a pretty good continental breakfast (waffles, danish, cereal, bagels, juice, milk and coffee). It's everything I need and at a fair price without the useless fluff higher […] priced hotels claim makes their hotels better. When we first got our room, it was very cold and no one was there at all, and they put us all the way around the building while we had a 3 year old and baby getting cold. We got to the room and it was already opened with the lights on, so we got another room which they put us on the 3rd floor. My room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. I woke up to a cock roach in my sink. There was some poorly cleaned splash mark (of something?) on my door. The sheets did seem clean, however.

This is a basic, clean, comfortable hotel. Nothing fancy, but fit the bill. The rooms were so inexpensive we were able to get a separate room for our teens (two rooms for the price of one at a fancy hotel). Can't beat that! Some may not like the "motel feel" with doors opening right to the outdoors, but it felt safe to us. The bed was comfortable, though […] the pillows could have been softer (I'm picky!). We didn't use the breakfast buffet, but it looked clean and well stocked. I needed to find a drug store and the front staff provided me with a typed paper with directions to pretty much anywhere you'd need to go - VERY nice to have! Staff were attentive and pleasant. 10/12 Hotel was in repair - this was explained to us upon arrival. Also needed to change rooms due to cigarette smoke smell in original room. Breakfast was good. Desk personnel very helpful. Close to restaurants and interstate.

Upon arrival, the front desk greeting was amiable and professional. Arrival in the room, however, left much to be desired. It did not resemble the pictures, that were supposedly of the type of room reserved. Cleanliness left MUCH to be desired. Floors looked as though they hadn't been properly vacuumed, as eventually proven 1) by the dirt on our socks,and […] the following day, when the maid, again failed to vacuum, stating she had a back problem. WE vacuumed it ourselves, with a vacuum that performed dismally, as it too, needed to be cleaned out. Black out drapes, did not close all the way, and since we were on the bottom floor, people walking by, could look right into room. Outside noise was also a problem.
