Top floor room with balcony!
First room was on ground floor - very cramped and noisy (overlooking a parking lot). As I was staying at hotel for two weeks, once I asked the front desk for a room above the ground floor, she quickly accommodated me by giving me the best room in the hotel (in my opinion). Top floor in newer building, large room, and with a balcony! Nearby beer garden was noisy, but seemed to quiet down early enough.

Pleasant and convenient hotel
The hotel was convenient for tourists and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the room was small, but it is an in town hotel.

A gem in the middle of Dublin!
We stayed here two days and the room accommodated 3 adults with plenty of room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, small room
Cassidys Hotel is centrally located and easy to get to from the express bus from the airport - the dropoff is just down the road. It's very easy to walk to the city centre from the hotel as well. I was in a small, single twin room, which was fine for me, but if you plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel room, it might feel a little tight. Breakfast was not included, and it was ok for 9 Euros, but I only ate it once because I preferred to get a coffee and a Danish elsewhere. I would stay there again due to the location, if I found a great deal.

Disappointed in Dublin
This is hands down the worst hotel I've been at. I'm aware it is "only" a three-star hotel, but I truly do not understand how guest gave it its current rating (4.1 at the time of my booking). My room (#15, on the bottom floor) was absolutely horrible. Specifically: - Room was very worn and filthy - adequately cleaned over the last days perhaps, but old grit had settled everywhere. The bathroom was downright disgusting in places. - No warm water on Saturday morning. - Completely unreliable wifi - threw me out every 3-4 minutes, and wouldn't always reconnect. - Door to corridor horrible - lots of noise came through, woke me up several times at night. - Bad window (par for the course for Ireland) - room got cold overnight. - Two-faucet bathroom sink. Also common for Ireland, but a stupid thing nonetheless. I expect better from a hotel. I'm sorry to say that this was simply a very bad hotel. The service was nothing exceptional but also nothing bad, but the room pushes the experience down to "horrible".
