I was overall pleased, however, was surprised when they charged me a wi-fy charge of $9.95 per 24 hours. In the amenities of most hotels, wi-fy is free.

My friends and I came down for my birthday and had a BLAST!!! We loved our stay at Sheraton!!! Friendly staff, clean room, and complimentary breakfast was everything we needed and asked for when taking a trip out of town. Thanks Sheraton!!!

The overall stay was good however, the furniture was very outdated. We had a sliding door that was literally falling off the hinges. The fees were outrageous and they charged for everything. On a positive note, my son loved the heated indoor pool!

The rooms need updating and beds are horrible. Bed were like sleeping on the floor. Updating needed on the bathroom and entire room. Parking was a bad as well.

Very nice hotel. Kinda hard to get to from the highway. We picked this hotel because they were willing to take our dog. They were very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was nice to be in Atlanta, but away from the city center.

Well obviously the place is an older bldg. And areas show that here and there so dont expect a grand suite.. however for the price its a pretty good deal and in an ideal location. Quick access to surrounding business and highway! HK good as well.. pricey restaurant and bar!

Pretty normal for the cost, but did not get the King Suite with two roll-out sofa beds as paid for. No explanation of why we did not get the frunishings we paid for. We were not happy with our stay at all. We were put on the 17th floor in the very last room. The air was set on 60 and never cut off. It never got below 70 in the room. The tub was dirty....there was hair. The bed was comfortable but both television remotes did not work. Also...the couch was completely unusable. There was no support at all so you couldn't […] even sit on it or else you would fall through. The downstairs looked very nice but it did not follow through to the rooms. The restaurant was crazy expensive....$17 for a burger. Parking was hard also. There was construction on the road so getting in and out of the hotel was not easy either. This was a great hotel with some great amenities. The problem I had was they charged for everything. Parking was extra, Internet was extra, and breakfast was ridiculously priced.

Very convenient location. The room was typically for a good to very good hotel. Only problem I had was a slightly noisy neighbor, hence one ding on comfort. It was not loud enough for me to complain about it unfortunately. Basically, the "connecting" door separating the two rooms was not well-sealed. They stayed awake talking and listening to music/television […] till past midnight and kept me awake too. Without this somewhat increased noise, I would have been much more satisfied! Read more

I booked a suite for the weekend for my son's birthday. He and his friends enjoyed it so much they paid for the additional nights to stay longer than planned. He is now seriously thinking about transferring with his job to Atlanta and staying at the hotel until he finds an apartment. Of course, the hotel charge is 100% on him this time. They can't stop […] talking about their stay and are planning on returning very soon. Thanks for your hospitality, he had an unforgettable birthday experience. My son and his friends are very spoiled and particular. Their suite at your hotel apparently was great...maybe too great!! They don't give Kudo's unless they are well deserved. On their reccommendation I'm booking a suite for my birthday too. I want to see what the fuss is all about. I understand being close to malls are an advantage and I should bring lots of $$$$$. 1-Yes, there was a huge cockroach in my bed room. I called the front desk for help. The maintenance man showed up 15 min later. I couldn’t go back to bed what so ever. 2- The set up of this place is weird. The garage is detached from the hotel. So definitely not for single women traveling alone.

The hotel is wonderfully located in Atlanta but having to pay to park in that area is a bit inappropriate. The room was fantastic. I have a problem with no hot water one morning but it was repaired in 30 minutes.

I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY PUT IN THEIR COMFORTERS, ALL I KNOW THIS PLACE WAS FAMILY FRIENDLY CLOSE TO SIGHTS AND SHOPPING AND THE BEDDING WAS FANTASTIC. THE ONLY THING IS THEY NEED AN AREA FOR ADULTS ONLY FOR SWIMMING. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS A BIG HIT.
