Had stayed here as a Comfort Inn several times. The Quality Inn was a good upgrade. The hotel is Cat friendly which is always a must. Even without outside... access it was still very easy to load and unload! The location is unbeatable, just off I 94, yet quiet. There were places to eat within walking distance, and a BP gas station at the end of the parking lot. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well cared for and spacious as well as clean. I had a very good night sleep as the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The beds are extremely soft which can sometimes be a bad thing but it was perfect for me. The hotel room itself was very clean and spacious. The only really complaint would be the size of the bathroom. The room was fairly large but the bathroom was the size of a closet. Not really well thought out. The staff were fantastic. I travel to Indianapolis quite frequently for business and have always stayed at this hotel. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. However, this time the hotel appears to be getting really run down. WIFI did not work so was unable to do any kind of work, front desk could not explain. All of the drains in the bathroom drained very poorly. AC unit […] was shoved out of the sleeve into the room, and when I tried to phone the front desk to inquire about the internet I found the phone did not work, had to walk up to the front desk. I will look for a different hotel to stay at in the future unless they begin to renovate. Read more

The Staff at the hotel were very helpful. Nice hotel. We would go back. Thought the hotel may of lined up a shuttle to Fort McCoy for the concert.

All I needed was an overnight on my way home. It was conveniently located a short distance off the interstate. In fact it was so convenient that I booked my return stay at this same motel. It was just right for my one night stop.
