"Nice hotel, courteous, fast service at check-in"
Stopped at Courtyard while in town visiting relatives. Our stay was enjoyable, the elevators were fast, and the rooms were quiet. Beds were quite comfortable and the room, including bathroom, was clean. Our stay was enjoyable and we will use this hotel again.

We had experienced a bad travel day and was discussing with the desk clerk upon our arrival. She graciously offered us a free upgrade to a suite. Wonderful customer service, beautiful, clean facility. It would be nice if they offered transportation to the port.

"Turtleneck guy"
There is a guy that always wears a green turtle-neck and black suit coat - He is completely worthless if you have any questions or need any help. All that he is good for is saying "hello", "good-bye", and "I'm sorry we can't do that". He is flat out a worthless waste. You have to ask multiple people the same question in order to get anywhere or service.

"Convenient location and clean"

"Very Average experience"
There was an Issue with the Air-conditioning unit in our room. When I called up the desk, they were not very helpful. After lots of discussions they decided to get us a new room and they were not even considerate to us. They wanted us to move to the new room at 1 A.M. When we told them we will move our stuff in the morning they were very rude with us. They wanted us to take our stuff and move in the middle of the night itself. There were few minor issues in the new room that they gave us as well.Very poor service overall. Not at all happy. I Will NEVER recommend to any of my colleagues or my clients. Thanks.

"Miami Game"
We stayed there to go to the Miami game at sunlife. Its a out 15 minutes away from the stadium and the shopping center right next door was really convienient plus its right off the hwy. I would stay there again.

Good place to stay if you're going to a Dolphins game. Easy to get back and forth from the stadium. We had breakfast included and it was pretty good. They used to have complimetary coffee and tea avialble in the lobby but now they have a Starbucks concession instead. The old system was more convenient. It's a shame they changed.

"It's not in busy place"
It's nice clean hotel, beds were clean and was good environment, only problem was that we needed fridge and microwave, they send fridge to our room but said microwave we have to use lobby one....else every thing was good

"Great time at the Cowboys vs Dolphins"

"Not clean enough.."
Tub had mildew, no wash cloths or garbage can in bathroom. Water bottle and coffee were NOT complimentary. Light in bathroom didn't turn on. Just seems like te maintenance is lacking at this facility. I would rather pay more money and stay at a cleaner facility.

I felt at home. Receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. A gentleman, manager actually gave a pair of reading glasses that had been unclaimed for a while. I had lost my pair of glasses.

"Excellent for a one night stay"
My daughter and I booked this hotel for beyonce & jayz on the run tour, and it was amazing. We checked in without any problems, the young lady even gave us a map for places close to the hotel. The room was really nice and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

"Great hotel, watch out for extra charges"
We loved this hotel, we were visiting Sunlife Stadium, very convenient to that and for local food places. Everything was great but found they had put a random $2.50 charge on our credit card. If that happens to everyone and they dont challenge it, CYM are making a pretty penny!

"Appalling Service"
As Marriot vacation owners on two continents we always choose Marriot hotels for the quality of the hotel and their customer service, but what a mistake this time. The customer service was appalling. The ignorant night time receptionist called Juan would not allow us to check after returning from our trip out. We had asked numerous times earlier in the day to check in but as it wasn't 4pm they refused to allow us to. We only wanted to check in and we were been happy to wait for the rooms to be ready, It's never been a problem before, Marriott will usually ring you when the room Is available . As we were going to the football match it meant we would then be late for checking in. When we returned from the match we were then informed that we couldn't have one of the rooms we had booked??? The receptionist was agressive, belligerent and looking for an argument As a result of his appalling attitude and refusal to give us one of the rooms we had booked and paid for one of our party spent the night on the floor. The manager did say he would refund us the money for the room we never had, which was very impressive I must say. What's happened to the customer care that Marriotts always pride themselves on? Gone in this instance and we definitely will consider other hotels in future if this is the way Marriott now operate. We will never use this hotel again or recommend it.

"Convenient and Inviting"
The hotel was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my visit. Restaurants & shopping were all a short drive away. The bed was comfy and the hotel ambience was very inviting. The breakfast at the Bistro (which was included in my rate) was delicious. The only down side of my stay was that my room was located right next to a side exit/entrance, it was annoying to hear every time a guest entered or left the hotel. Besides this, the hotel was a great experience and I'll definitely stay again.

"A Pleasant Suprise"
Our stay was really great! The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband and I traveled with our four kids and my mom and we had adjacent rooms which were very spacious. The boys really enjoyed the pool and the location is really good, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We visit the area at least twice a year to see family, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great! My only problem was no hotel shuttle. It cost my wife and I a total of almost $300.00 in cab fares from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to the Hotel, Hotel to the Port of Miami, from Port of Miami back to Hotel then Hotel to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Get a shuttle get a 5th star

"Nice & very clean"
My only complaint is that we were called by the hotel mgr on our second day saying someone smelled smoke on our floor and was calling to remind us that there would be a $250 fee if smoking in room. I found this very rude, we understand the hotel policy and are athletes not smokers. We didn't even have our room cleaned while we stayed so there should have been no reason to think there was smoking in the room. There are several rooms on our floor so I don't think you should call and accuse any one of this unless there is a solid reason to believe someone is violating policy.

Nice hotel and close to my Aunt's house..it was very easy travel. The hotel area is very nice. I must give a big "Thank You" to the team at the hotel who prepare (cook) the hot tasty breakfast, iI was very delicious. When I made my reservations I did not include breakfast with my hotel fee because I thought I would not like it because usually, it's cold. Not here at this location, the hot breakfast was served to me hot. It's prepared when you order, not sitting out in a buffet stand.

"Jazz In the Garden weekend"
The location was perfect and walking distance from Outback, Winn Dixie, and other stores. The hotel is very close to the interstate but an overall quiet location. The staff was "ok". The only flaw was the employees could not tell me anything about their services. My room included free breakfast. No one could advise what selection were available. Another guest educated me. The rooms are also "VERY" small. The description says it sleeps 4 but 2 people would have "just" enough room.
