This hotel was located conveniently adjacent to CLT airport, but the location was not worth the $, especially due to the condition of the hotel. Rooms were dingy and dirty, bathrooms almost scary. Staff was nice and accommodating, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and accomodating. There was some cosmetic damage to the walls in the room we were in, but all in all it was ok. Comfortable. Quite a drive to get to anything we wanted to do. We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to our concert that had an opening. It wouldn't have been our first choice.

Had party that went on until midnight with loud music. Thought a hotel would have sound curfew by 10-11pm. Patrons of party partied hardy in hallways until 1-2am. Had to pea early for flight. Did not get much sleep due to this

Not too happy with them. I gave them my credit card gor incidentals and after I got home I had 76 dollar charge

Room wasn't as clean. Shower/tub had mildew. Need to replace the 1995 TVs. I know the model because I brought a TV just like that back in the mid-90s. Need to upgrade to flat-screens. Morning Breakfast wasn't hot or warm when I ate 9:30am.

HAd an overnight layover in Charlotte and chose this hotel due to proximity to airport, free shuttle service and reasonable price. It is an older hotel but has been updated. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. The staff was excellent. Shuttle picked us up within minutes of calling. They even dropped us off at a local church for evening […] mass and returned to pick us up when we called. The church was only minutes away, but I was still surprised they offered to take us. Dawn (I think that is her name) is the friendliest hotel manager I have ever met. Will certainly stay here again when passing through Charlotte. Read more
