"Business Hotel near Dublin Convention Center"
Good business hotel, walking distance (5 minutes) from Dublin conference center along North side of River Liffey. Adequate restaurant, friendly staff. Half-hour walk to Grafton Street (pedestrian shopping street center of Dublin)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was extremely friendly and exceptionally accommodating. The food was tasty and fairly priced. The hotel location, as posted, was only a 10 minute walk to the heart of Dublin.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good hotel near the Convention Center"
Very helpful staff, not too good lights in the room, but overall quite good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"I love a good value- another from Jurys Inn"
Good rate for Dublin- 10 minute walk to heart of Dublin attractions on the other side of the river but very doable. In a business district but lots of cabs available- safe area. Cab ride to Temple Bar area or Grafton Street cost about 8 euros. Good service. Nice breakfast- both the quality and variety of food as well as the décor of the restaurant bar. […] The room was a bit small but room for suitcases and maneuver room. Generous sized bathroom. Clean. Like that they had extra pillows so you could choose to add pillows and/or use a softer pillow if you preferred. Nice, unexpected touch. Wifi worked well. We were on our honeymoon and were given a nice room overlooking the river on the upper floor. Considerate. One of the better values I think in the main Dublin area. "Excellant, Convenient, Hospitalitity was suburb!!"
We could have not received a more welcome and genuine hospitality especially since we had just gotten off of a cruise ship with the same excellent service!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close but a little noisy / uncomfortable"
This was a fine hotel for the price. Great location and great breakfast. The bed was stiff and it was quite noisy outside. Even from the 6th floor, we had a lot of street noise because we had to have the window open due to heat. If you have a rental with you (which I hope you don't because driving in Dublin is awful), then there is convenient parking […] around back for a reasonable price. "Nice Hotel - Don't stay out too late"
The hotel rooms, staff, restaurant, and location are all great. The only problem with this hotel (or with Dublin as a whole) is that there is a fair number of "shady" characters out late at night. My family witnessed a fight taking place while walking home and another night was approached by someone claiming to have been robbed. If you are OK with taking […] a cab back to the hotel every night, this is a great hotel. During the day, there is no problem walking around in the area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room we were given was windowless and very depressing. Extremely dirty, not clean at all, extremely cheap with everything they do even the AC. Staff however was very helpful. Other than that I would not recommend this hotel at all. If you can spend a bit more money and get nicer accommodations. Location is not bad neither. Not too far from everything-walking […] distance. "Our stay was brief but the hotel was very nice."
We arrived early but our room was ready and the staff allowed us to check in early.Genuine Expedia guest review
Front desk staff very helpful. Restaurant service good, but it slows down when several people are seating. Several Tour groups stayed for one or two days at Hotel, ..making it little hectic to move around, specially at Breakfast time. Hot water pressure not good at shower, however, OK at sink. Windows open just a tiny bit, not enough to properly recirculate […] air in the room, which has no A/C. Room smells stuffy, in need of good carpet cleaning. On the other hand Food service was really good and Internet / Wi-Fi works flawlessly and fast. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved our concerns. The hotel stored our luggage after we checked out and they arrange a large taxi to accommodate our luggage and passengers. The breakfast was included and it was a wonderful value and very delicious. The rooms were very generous in size compared […] to a similar hotel in Dublin that we stayed in the week prior. Awesome wifi throughout the hotel. The location was a very easy walk (5 minutes to Temple Bar) and local shopping and tourist attractions. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very convenient to downtown Dublin"
Arrived from US in late morning. Taxi from airport to hotel. Were allowed early check in which was terrific. Nice restaurant. Convenient to sights.Genuine Expedia guest review
It was right across the street from the river Liffey which would have been nice to look at. However, we were given a room that faced he back of the hotel where they stored the empty kegs. There were no washcloths so bring your loofa. Also you will have to pay for parking which is an added expense . The free breakfast was delicious and more than you […] can eat. It kept us all day which saved us a bit. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. I recommend fitzsimmon's bar in the temple bar district for fun music and Irish dancing. There is music every night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great downtown option for a day of exploring"
Convenient to the footbridge, Luas station, and tourist hop on/hop off stops, this hotel was a great option for our family's day in Dublin. The breakfast is well worth the price!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean and well maintained"
Room was small but easily met our needs. Quiet and convenientGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is in a great location. However, it is a 3 star accommodation at the best. The room was average. The bathroom was furnished with shampoo and soap, but no lotions. The lobby and bar area is the best feature of the hotel. Enjoyed having a beer in the evening and there were plenty to choose from. Breakfast not included in my price. I paid […] 10.50E for the buffet. I was a little disappointed with the selection. But, the location is good and the staff is very freindly and helpful. Go to Harbor Master for dinner and or drinks if you have a chance. Very close by. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Clean, Comfortable and Great Breakfast"
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful. The shower was a little lacking in the hot water department. I paid for the breakfast and it was a great deal. Its not too far from the Temple Bar neighborhood and other sites. My daughters and I found everything to be in walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Jury's Inn is a nice property with helpful staff. The location is just a bit far of a walk to the popular Temple Bar, Grafton St, and St. Stephen's Green areas. Overall, typical reliable Jury's Inn.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to sights, but not too close"
Hotel location was excellent. Close enough to Temple Bar that one can walk, but not too close for the noise. Walking distance to the Connolly train station and one block to the LUAS. Room was clean and met needs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Financial District, not Tourist District"
Nice hotel in the financial district on the river. Very easy to get to with the bus to/from the airport. Not so easy to get to the center of town by public transit -- Nice bar in the evening with a very good breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Fantastic Hotel.. Stay there if you can get a room . Central City location, Bus, Taxis and Trains all around if you need them. Staff AMAZING ! Safe area of the city and some nice views to the River Liffey and the city at night time. Enjoy your time there !!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"This is a no brainer - When In Dublin, stay here."
I rarely fill out these surveys but I also feel you have to give kudos where kudos are due. I fly to Ireland frequently and don't have to think twice as to where I will stay. Jury's Inn, Customs house is without question the best hotel within its price range to stay at. Situated right on the River Liffey, walking distance to O'Connell Street (center […] of Dublin) around the corner from the Dublin Train System (Very good timely service), some of the best restaurants in Dublin (there is also a good one in the lobby of the hotel , "Ollys" - Great friendly staff here also) are within walking distance from this hotel. Taxi's are waiting out side for further journeys. The staff of this hotel are AMAZING, always helpful, friendly, will bend over backwards to help you out with any request you might have. - If you need a great reasonably priced place to stay in while in Dublin. - This is the place to stay. "Fantastic, friendly staff"
We were very impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. They were all very helpful and courteous. We even changed a previously made reservation at a B&B so we could stay at the Jury Inn an additional two nights. The location was also very convenient to the Bus and Train stations, the Airlink to the airport, and to venues in both North […] and South Dublin. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to conference center and bus route. Very nic"
I loved it. The only suggestion I have is to add electrical outlets in the bathroom and by the bed. So many devices now need to be charged for travel. Thanks to all the service people who made this a wonderful stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent as always."
Great place to stay .. Keep your rates down though. You are not a 5 star hotel .. a great hotel for business or short stays. Not a luxury hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good hotel close to Dublin city attractions."
The desk staff was efficient, but not particularly welcoming. When asked about wi-fi availability, the desk clerk was curt, informing us of the (high) hourly charge, and not suggesting where else we might find service. The same was true when we asked about train transport surround the city. We would stay there again for the location, but our expectations […] of friendliness and service will be much lower. "Jurys Inn Custom House: Anything BUT Custom!"
I checked into the hotel and when i got to my room, i found the window locking mechanisms to be broken, and there was no airconditioning. The selection of Television to watch was extrememely pooor. Only local stations, no cable or Pay Per View Stations.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good Stay - Easy Access to Historic Areas"
Overall this was a good stay, hotel easy access to Historic areas of Dublin (Trinity College, Temple Bar area, shopping) and we would recommend a stay here. Our only suggestion would be to get a room facing away from the Liffey River as the road noise continues all night and can be an issue.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location but lots of add-on costs"
Great location but having to pay 14.40 per day for parking and also paying for wi-fi was dissapointing, those are usually free at much cheaper hotels. Also difficult to get ice as the hotel had no available ice buckets, needed it for my girlfriend who sprained her hand so had to use pint glasses instead.Genuine Expedia guest review
The family room was great. It had three beds. It was hot due to the weather outside, but otherwise clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the tourist destinations in Dublin, as well.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Doesn't accept responsibility"
We stayed two nights at the hotel and the size of the room was accomodating to our family of four. We borrowed a converter for our appliances and ended up blowing a fuse in the room and ruining our sound machine/clock. This was something that neither the hotel or us could forsee happening. The manager wanted to try to fix it but really couldn't come […] up with any solutions. She stated that they don't understand all products and could not see this happening and stated they were not responsible for it. She also stated that all computers and phones would work using the converters but would not do anything about the clock. Well thats kind of understandable until our computer tripped the fuse again and basically fried the power supply for our computer. The manager would not accept responsibility for this even after she stated that the computers would be fine. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Clean, Modern, and Quiet"
This was our 4th weekend in Dublin. Our room was very clean and seemed modern and updated. The beds were very comfortable and our room overlooked the river. It is a bit of a jaunt to Temple Bar (12 minute walk) but it is nice to be far away from the night life noise (which on other trips where we stayed closer, shook our hotel walls until 4am). Also, […] after a busy day walking all over Dublin, there is a very enjoyable restaurant right around the corner from the hotel (Elys). One down side is that Jurys Inn charges a lot for wifi. "Disappointing for this popular chain"
Bed was awful. Double, not a queen. We traveled throughout Ireland and stayed at small B&Bs, one run by a 70 year old lady. Even SHE offered free WiFi. Jury Inn charges per day. Ridiculous! Also, appears to be a big drunken party hangout. Lobby full of loud drunks on Thursday night at 11. This "party" continued to the 4th floor elevator landing...right […] outside of our room. We actually stayed on this side of Dublin to get away from louder areas of town. Would NOT stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Strong Value"
Not the nicest hotel in town by any stretch, but very affordable. A great value. The location was definitely walkable to Temple Bar and Trinity College. The full breakfast bar was included in our rate....but only for one person. We paid for the others in our group at a very fair 11 Euros. Parking was easy and affordable. Note....If you have more […] than one child in your family, you will definitely need a couple of rooms. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"In the city and out of the noise"
Great location with a very helpful staff out of the fray, but within walking distance to everywhere in the city center. You definitely need to pay for all amenities (wifi, breakfast, etc.), but it was a good base for us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We just stayed one night. Its right on the route of the shuttle from airport to Dublin city. The hotel was pretty good. Its a bit of a walk to get to where all the action is. About 15 mins. But you get a nice view of the river. Overall quite good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My first observation upon arrival was that the hotel photos are a very bright and polished version of what is actually there. The hotel is a bit dated/run down, but clean. Our heat didn't work (as other reviewers mentioned#, and we were finally given a space heater for the room. That helped, although the only outlet in the whole room was behind the […] tv and the heater cord barely reached the wall. I always hesitate to have the room cleaned by the staff each day, just because I don't want to go through the trouble of hiding and putting away all valuables. But, we decided to let them clean the room on our second day. When we returned to our room late that night, we found the only difference in the room to be the bed being made #sort of). There were no fresh towels, trash can was empty, but a few things that had fallen out were still on the floor, and they didn't refill the toliet paper. So we had to call the front desk and ask for towels and toliet paper, then decided that we wouldn't waste our time with the cleaning service the next day. One other draw-back is the pricey Internet. It costs 10 euros for 24 hours and when you're out sight-seeing all day, you hardly get your moneys worth for the 24 hours. Even in the lobby it costs to use for 5 or 10 minutes. There should be free wi-fi in the lobby at least so that guests can check flight status or traveling details. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good Mid-Range Hotel in Dublin"
After staying closer to Temple Bar in Dublin, even though Jurys Inn Custom House was farther from everything, it was by far, a better place than the dump we stayed at in Temple Bar.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
