"Good Place To Stay"
This is a comfortable hotel. Only drawback is overpriced breakfast buffet. But coffee shops and small restaurants are a block away.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent service from front desk staff on every one for my stays. Fast and efficient check in any time of day. Convenient location to financial district. Highly recommendedGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not so great"
We booked a room for three, including our daughter, and it was very tight. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there was a tiny bit of an "eww" factor... not sure if that's because of cleanliness or just the age of the rug / bedspread, etc. Location was on the outskirts of the happening places. While certainly possible to walk to the interesting Dublin […] sites from here, for my admittedly non-athletic family, our legs gave out while out and about and we needed to cab it back one time. Rooms too hot, great locationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We came down from Belfast Inter Airport to fly out of Dublin the next day and chose Jury's Inn on a whim. The bus dropped us off at the station which by luck was within 2 blocks of hotel. We wanted to visit a couple downtown Pubs and the Hotel is within walking distance of many pubs and restaurants. The location turned out to be perfect! We were very […] satisfied given the fact we knew nothing about the place or location. :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good but expensive hotel"
The hotel was well-located on the river and easy walking distance of shopping areas and eating places in Dublin. However I thought it rather expensive. For the price I paid I would have expected a larger and better quality bathroom with, for example, shower caps provided. The breakfast was good with a large selection of food but I had to pay extra for […] a cappuccino coffee. And to have a sign outside the hotel saying "free breakfast with the room" was annoying since I had paid €10 extra to have breakfast included. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was great apart from it got so hot at night that all we needed was a sheet to put over us ,you did supply a blanket which I'm sure your guest would appreciate In winter . Maybe it might be an idea to make the beds with both a sheet and a quilt.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best sleep ever"
The bed was really comfy, and the great double windows and thick blinds meant the best nights sleep ever. No noise, no light. Perfect. ( and our room was on the main road) Great location, parking behind the building. ( bit expensive). Good service. Would stay again for sure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to convention center for RCSI Graduation"
Rooms were an the small side, but comfortable. There was no exercise facilities. WIFI was free and easy to access. The staff was the best. They printed out our return airline tickets for us. They also had a scale that I borrowed to weigh my suitcases.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to O2"
Really enjoyed stay. It was a very convenient location. Short walk to the O2 and there is a luas stop around the corner. Breakfast was lovely and our room was very spacious.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great stay best jury's inn in Dublin , though Parnell street is a great locationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Lots of stags and hen parties in the rooms around us. Sound insulation is very poor. Shouting and banging in neighbouring rooms and hallways between 3 and 4am was like there were no walls or doors between us and themGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice modern hotel in a great location, but...."
Nice modern hotel. Great location and friendly staff. Buffet style breakfast kept us going all day. One major problem with our room was it had a door through to the adjoining room - through which it was possible to hear everything going on next door. Awkward and embarrassing on both sides!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, enjoyed stay."
5 friends recently enjoyed a 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the pillows were not great. The shower was good although there did not seem to be a proper fan in the bathroom. The radiator made funny noises in the night even when it was turned off. Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great views of the financial district.Genuine Expedia guest review
As always it was comfortable. This time round I had a room overlooking the River which was lovely. Rate is very reasonable to be so close to downtown Dublin. Its also worth having the buffet Irish breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fantastic Service, Excellent Room and Location!"
There were two bookings and they were booked on behalf of the guests for the purpose of a business trip. I am advised by the guests that they were both very satisfied with the service, the location of their rooms and their rooms were very clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent value for money"
The Jurys group have a number of hotels in Ireland, all of which offer excellent value for money. The Custom House hotel is a particularly good one. It is hardly more than 5 minutes walk from the absolute centre of the city and it is very conveniently located for Dublin airport -- the 747 bus service stops (both ways) just a short block away. The hotel […] is clean and modern and the rooms are well appointed. The best price on the room excludes breakfast, and wifi is not available for free. But if you can get a room at the hotel at its best rate, then it's remarkable value. I would thoroughly recommend it. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Lovely hotel looking over the water, too bad I had to be moved hotels as they were overbooked, after having already paid for it 6 months prior to my stay! They staff were great but I cannot say the same for the other Jury's inn situated not too far from this!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very good staff. Facilities little jaded but improvements were being made when we were there. Ideal locationGenuine Expedia guest review
"Fabulous once again!"
We often stop here when in Dublin. Great location, the bus from the airport stops right outside. It's 5 minutes walk from the O2 and 10 from the heart of the town. The hotel is always top drawer and the breakfast sublime.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Was very disappointed. I booked a twin room and upon arrival I was informed by the receptionist that they had no twin rooms available and could only give me a double room or they could move me to another hotel on the opposite side of Dublin which did not suit as I booked this hotel because I was attending a concert in the O2. To make up for the mess […] up with the room they gave me free WiFi. Do they not realise that most people have WiFi on their phones. Was not even offered complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed with my stay and should have been compensated for the room mess up. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Weekend in Dublin"
Jury's inn (Custom house) was a great place to stay, staff friendly, rooms immaculate, walking distance to temple bar and O'connell street (approx 10-15mins walk). Taxi to these places from hotel cost about 7euros. A good place to stay if you want to stay near temple bar/ centre of Dublin but don't want to be directly in the centre.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel, perfect apart from wifi"
Great hotel great stay, let us check in at 7am! Tv was decent, hairdryer and iron/ironing board all great quality, bed extreamly comfortable and ajustable heating and opening window, had the choice to pick a front facing room too! Very windy out the front but it was bad weather, only downside really was lack of an in room fridge and the wifi was €10/day […] or €5/hour!! But every bar had free wifi and also i paid my mobile provider 2.99 for 500mb roaming so worked out decent, great place for walking into city and going around the pubs, impressed with hotel overall Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I stayed in the hotel to go to a show in Board Gas Energy theatre and found the hotel an excellent location with access to lewis tram to city centre and we were able to walk to the theatre. the only down side was i didn't like your choice of menu as I stay in Jurys Inn in Cork regilarly and their choice of menu was far better we had to go out for dinner. "Hotel on the Liffey"
Very comfortable hotel and a good location and decent price for the time we booked. On arrive we had a choice of a front or back facing room and thankfully chose front facing over looking the Liffey rather than concrete jungle at the back. The hotel was very clean but could maybe do with an extra coat of paint on the wall (tho that is just being overly […] critical as many wouldn't notice). Breakfast in Olly's was excellent with a good spread and all fresh. I never tried dinner so can't comment on it but price wise it was on par with most places in the area. Internet access was fairly steep for per day usage considering you are 15mins away from McDonalds and Starbucks. Personally a mifi device may suit many people better. 3 euro for 500mb for 24hours for example works out much cheaper than the 10 the hotel offers and you can take it round the city with you. Alternatively if your in NI before hand pick up a three Pay and Go sim which allows free roaming in the south. The £15 addon gives you unlimited data (within reason when roaming) so if your staying any time I would use that. Overall it was a very nice stay, better than most premier inn or travel lodges I've used. I would most likely stay there again. Location mightn't suit everyone but it ws close to the bus station and O2 and the LUAS. Works as a perfect base to explore Dublin Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
