Went for the Tucson Bead show. The room was clean and comfortable. The lounge was nice and the staff was thoughtful. The bedside lamps included a plug... and were easy to turn on in the dark. The hotel is within walking distance of a bookstore and several places to eat. My only complaint was that the water pipes were loud and made noise when the shower was on in other rooms. My wife and I have traveled a lot and find that most hotel beds are not very comfortable until we stayed at this hotel. The beds were awesome not too hard and not too soft. The room was spacious and the balcony overlooked the courtyard and pool not the parking lot. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful when we needed something. The staff, particularly housekeeping supervisor, went out of their way to make sure our relative's need for a handicapped accessible room was more than perfect.
