A bit disappointed. The hotel service was quick to accommodate but on our second day at the Monte Carlo hotel in Vages our room 23336 we left out the "do not disturb" sign for the day. To return to our room keys not working, when security let us in, our TV was off and room safe wide open. Lucky my husband and I had taken our belongings out of safe for […] the day. No personal belonging were stolen. And if it was house cleaning?, the bed was not made not the restroom not cleaned. When ending our stay and receiving my car from Valet my car was damaged. We stayed in Monte Carlo for three nights. This was our first time staying in here. Our room was on 17th floor after I requested a quiet room at check-in. But due to a construction, it was noisy. The Monte Carlo was good for what it was worth. I only paid 69 bucks a night for my room so I couldn't really argue too much. we were looking forward to celebrating my son's birthday. we checked in on the 13th of November, room 21203. However we were awakened early morning around 3am and told that the next room had water damage. People were in our room asking us to move at that time. My son's bag which was on the flooe was soaking wet and he had to buy new underclothes the […] next day. He had to wait till the evening for the hotel to get them cleaned. It was his birthday. Everything in the room is old and customer service is not good at all. iPhone speaker in the room is only for iPhone 3 (big connector). Hairdryer has only on/off (no temp setting).
