Our room was clean, nice, and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. For $10 extra per night we all ate free breakfast from the cafe menu downstairs. Only negatives were that the whirlpool was under construction and the location of the hotel is a bit too far from downtown by foot, especially with kids. Everything was great. Only thing was that 1 of our 3 rooms wasn't ready. We waited a while but decided to go with a ready room. So we weren't together. Oh well. We had a ton of fun anyway.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and as expected. It's not the worst place I've stayed. Beyond that, I hated the pillows, they were square. I was very disappointed with the breakfast! We actually had paid for it in advance, but skipped it the second day!

We were in town for a Convention at the Dallas Convention Center. The room was affordable, convenient, clean and Comfortable. The Parking was not great spaces are very small but the security was good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room itself was clean and in good condition The grout in the bathroom was a little dingy but that was the only problem. We loved the balcony with the view of downtown Dallas It was small but was all we needed to sit and enjoy the evening We ate breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby 3 mornings It was […] good each time. Snacks were available in the lobby for purchase 24 hours per day. The location was perfect. Just 2 blocks from the trade center. Being on Stemmons freeway made it easy to get any where we wanted to go from DFW airport to Northpark Mall. Everything about this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Read more

WE WERE IN THE METROPLEX TO CELEBRATE A FRIENDS BIRTHDAY AT THE ADOLPHUS AND THIS HOTEL WAS MORE IN OUR PRICE RANGE AND CLOSE. THE ONLY THING THAT I THINK THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE WAS A REFIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was very clean, tidy, and updated. The only negative was how thin the walls were. You can't hear talking but if someone were to raise their voice, or drop somethig, you would hear it.

Hotel was clean and up to date. Computers in lobby were fast and free. Nice location. Hot tub was overflowing and not great, but the fire pit outside was wonderful on a cold night.

My room and a friends both had a musty smell, you could not adjust the temp in the rooms and the style was soo 1986 in the rooms. Staff was helpful but for an extra 14$ I'll stay in a newer hotel with much larger rooms next time

Our room had a couple of very minor issues (running toilet and screen off sliding glass door) but a representative from the hotel came to our room and corrected both quickly. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked fine. The sofa was rather uncomfortable (hard) and the light switch by the bed broke off. I definitely would not pay the $10.00 extra per night for the "stay for breakfast" again as it was not worth it. There is just not enough variety, especially if you happen to be allergic to eggs […] and cannot have eggs or french toast. The biggest issue was with the parking. The parking spaces were narrow, so a lot of people double-parked. Worse still, there were at least two tour buses and some vans that were taking up a lot of the parking spaces close to the building. Having our 18-month old with us, we had to park far away and this was very inconvenient. Read more

The hotel was conveniently located to downtown Dallas, the State Fair, and many other locations. The addition of the free breakfast was well worth the price! It was a full, hot breakfast with beverage and was very good and lots of food! The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful!

We typically do not have concerns with noise or the neighborhood in most cases this occurs due to special city wide events but I will most definitely look into this as well. Very nice hotel. It has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the lobby area. Only drawback was the location. I think this hotel probably caters to business travelers more given the location. I would highly recommend

The room was spacious, except all the electrical outlets were worn out, I had to plug my phone charger into the bathroom to charge. all other outlets were useless, that made using my laptop impossible. There was no one available to help me with luggage at checkout, they did not come to work until 9 a.m., I wanted to get an early start around 7:30-8:00. Stayed at this hotel with four other people, we were all impressed. Very close to AAC Center and airports. The people were very friendly, Bistro and complementary breakfast excellent. This hotel will difinitely stay on my list to revisit next year.

All staff that we came across were very positive and helpful. Robert at the front desk was very knowledgeable and nice. the hotel was a little difficult to find. There was no sign right outside the entrance and with the othere hotel so close, it was confusing. There was no problem with reception, the room was clean, large, well airconditioned, and quiet. The problem was with the pool. 10am is not the time to be clorinating the pool and having it closed to guests. Luckily […] for me, the hot tub was open; however, three families came down with their children to swim only to have to return to their rooms.
