The room was clean but very small. Climbing into bed was not easy because your butt scraped the wall and sideways was the only way to maneuver the tight space. Two people in the room was one too many.

The people at the front desk were great. Getting the room clean was a whole different matter. We would be out of the room for many hours only to return and the room wasn't cleaned. One day we were out all day returned at 4:00 pm or 16:00 and the room wasn't cleaned. Calling the front desk they first said house keeping would be right up. Then they called back to say house keeping goes home at 4:00 or 16:00. So the room didn't get cleaned we had to ask for clean towels. We stayed 16 nights and house keeping never improved.

"Close to Eiffel"
One of the better hotels within walking distance of the Eiffel Tour, the Seine River, Bus and River tours. It was nice to not have to take a cab each time we wanted to get out to the center of town.. There was no room service, but there was a self serve bar/amenities in the lobby. Always someone in the lobby and they were usually very helpful if needed. While the rooms were tight, they were decent for something you'd find in Paris. I would certainly recommend this Paris Boutique hotel and would stay again.

This hotel was perfect for our needs - two adults with a four year-old child, visiting friends near Le Tour Eiffel. We had a triple room, which suited us very well (third bed was an arm chair sofa-bed, but fine for a child), and being at the back (courtyard facing) of the hotel was incredibly quiet at night considering its city location. We heard nothing at all! There are some great/unfussy local eateries nearby and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. Yes, the rooms are small, but this is Paris, and the Parisiens have small homes too!

"Most strategic hotel location...ever!!!"
The price of the hotel is expensive but reasonable. Room we had is small but very functional. It may not have the Eiffel tower view but it takes around 5 minutes to walk. The room main purpose is for sleep and shower. It has a safe and a small refrigerator for beverages. The staff are very friendly and professional. Main best thing about this 3 (with 5 service rating) star hotel is close to the Eiffel tower; RER and Metro station (which was under maintenance until end of August 2014), and the Hop-on/Hop-off tour buses as well. But if you get familiar with the subway trains and bus schedules, you will be able to get around Paris in no time. There are numerous restaurants around, and the one next to it has the best crepes we've tried. Hotel is also near to pharmacies and groceries which are essential if you are staying for a few days or more. We highly recommend this hotel and we will consider staying here again next time we visit this romatic city.

"Great Location"
My family stayed for two nights and the location was ideal, within three blocks of the Eiffel Tower. The room was very small, with no room to put two suitcases. The other two members in the family were placed in a room on a different floor, which was inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was the "shuttle" that we booked to the airport from the hotel. When it arrived, five minutes late, we were told it had TWO more stops to make before the airport to pick up more passengers. I was then told I should have requested the VIP service. We refused this cab and had to hail one on the street ourselves. This same staff member who had arranged it had also shortchanged me 2 Euros when I put the deposit on the shuttle. He did refund our shuttle deposit and his "mistake" when it was pointed out to him. The cab we took ended up costing about 12 Euros LESS than the shuttle and managed to get us there on time. We did not try the breakfast, finding it very expensive. The day staff was very nice in offering suggestions for dining out and giving directions. Overall , we had a pleasant stay, but beware of these problems.

"Classy hotel, real close to the Eiffel Tower."
Classy hotel in the 15th arrondissement, can see the Eiffel Tower at the corner and it's a short, 10-min. walk. Across the street is the RER train line and a market to get some groceries. A few restaurants around the hotel, nothing great, venture out a bit to find the really good ones or ask the hotel staff. They are very friendly and helped set up dinner reservations. "Honesty" bar next to the front desk if you need a coffee or drink anytime of the day. Room and elevator were typical European size, which is small compared to American standards, however AC worked great and comfortable bed and bathroom size made up for lack of space. You're in Paris, so you're only going to be in the room to sleep.

"Our new home in Paris"
Spent 5 nights at the Eiffel Seine and was very happy with the experience. All staff members we interacted with at the front desk were helpful, efficient, and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though it looked out directly upon the street and Bir-Hakeim Metro station. We had a couple of small maintenance issues with the room but they were addressed immediately once we made them known to the staff. The location was great--several cafes nearby to choose among, a bank and grocery store within one block, and (as mentioned above) immediately across the street from the Metro and a short walk to an RER station as well. Upon checkout, the gentleman at the front desk expressed the hope that we would return to Paris one day and should consider the Eiffel Seine as our home there. Based on this trip, we would absolutely stay at the Eiffel Seine again.

"Nice hotel close to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro"
Staff pleasant and helpful. Room comfortable but very small. The smallest elevator I have ever seen! 1-2 people. and very crowded if you have luggage:) Only a short 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Across the street from the Metro. A number of restaurants and cafes on the street to eat. The breakfast was expensive; 16 Euro each. We didn't eat there but got crepes and croissants at a cafe on the corner. Watch out for Restaurant IOLANDA also at the corner. We don't speak French, and they brought us food we didn't order and said we did, and charged us for it. They even charged for the lemon slice I asked for my water.

"Very clean but too small for 3 adults and 3 beds."
We paid over 300 Euros a night for ourselves and our adult son who was traveling with us. The room and bath were small but spotless! However, there was no outside space as implied in the picture. Our room would have been acceptable for two people but certainly not large enough for 3 twin beds. When we checked in, we were told free coffee would be available in the lobby at any time or downstairs at the lower level. However, there was no coffee available on any of the four days we were there. Guests could pay 9 euros for a cup of coffee and a croissant. The buffet (17 euros) was both small and unappealing. This is not a hotel with a hotel staff and a concierge. Instead this is a very tiny hotel with one clerk who checks in guests. Our clerk was cordial and pleasant but not very knowledgeable. He gave us a brochure on the hop- on hop- off bus and when we asked about bakeries close by, he indicated there was a bakery somewhere down the street. This is an extremely tiny hotel with perhaps 20 rooms on five floors. OUR CHIEF COMPLAINT WAS THE NOISE!!! On Saturday, Monday and Tuesday mornings the pounding started promptly at 8 AM. There was also a loud drilling noise all three mornings. At night we could hear toilets flushing, people coming up/down the stairs, doors slamming. The location of this hotel is right across a narrow and busy street from the subway station. It is 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, which is convenient but a highly congested walking area!

"Eiffel Seine Location is Everything"
Great location, clean well-maintained hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are VERY small with little storage space. Good motivation to spend your time touring Paris. Close to Metro -- we had an inner court room so not really a problem. Our son had a street facing room so there was traffic, train and pedestrian noise. It didn't bother him. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only four blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Loved the "hair and shower jell." I want more! Had a lovely time; we'd stay there again!

"Nice Stay"
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was small, but I understand that this is the standard for Paris. The bathroom did have a bathtub and was not overly tiny. The room was clean and nice and the staff downstairs is extremely polite and helpful. It is located on a street with many restaurants and a grocery store. It was very convenient to the Eiffel tower, about a 7 minute walk, and directly across from the Bir-Hakeim stop on Metro 6. Overall, would definitely recommend!

"Convenient location, easily accessible by metro"
Hotel is easily accessible by metro using either the C line (Champs de Mar Tour Eiffel stop) or M6 (Bir-Hakeim stop). Its location is convenient to must see sights (e.g. Eiffel Tower, River Seine Cruise, etc.) and there are several cafe nearby for breakfast, lunch or late night dinner. The room is on the small side (by American hotel standard), but otherwise it is pretty comfortable for two. Would recommend and would stay here again!

"Great Location---no hot water"
The location of the hotel was great. We arrived after many hours of traveling. Tried to take a shower at 7pm and no hot water. The night clerk said it wouldn't be fixed till midnight. He only comped us a drink. Midnight came and went and no hot water. One of the travelers was going to Switzerland at five the next morning. He had to go without a shower due to not hot water. Again the next night came in from all day touring and no hot water. Another night clerk was very rude. The hot water did come back on after a few hours. Totally unacceptable.

The room was a bit small, but clean, quiet and comfortable. I think it was overpriced, but it was Paris. I was disappointed that the only computer provided by the hotel was a laptop, and we could not get our website to come up. The cursor could not be placed where needed and the gentleman at the desk seemed unconcerned. He tried to correct it a few times, but when it would not work for him, he just "blew it off" and did not offer us an alternative computer to check our flight home. The area was quiet in spite of the overhead train across the street and convenient to restaurants, the Metro, and many of the sights we wanted to see.

It took about 2 hours of searching to book Hotel Eiffel Siene & glad I did! Room was nice (tho small) and clean. The lobby is really pretty too. I emailed the reception desk and got a response immediately, very helpful. Its literally right around the block from the Eiffel Tower and I got a room looking out to the siene (river) Very pretty. The train line 6 is right there that's very convenient to get you to and from to avoid long walks. I would suggest, taking the Le Capitaine Fracasse cruise located a block away from the hotel. Great food and a nice way to see Paris on the river especially at night. Located right next to restaurants too. Book it!

We emailed the hotel for directions and got a prompt response on a step by step guide of how 2 reach the hotel... We got out of the train station after we landed and the 1 st thing we saw was the beautiful Eiffel Tower... Hotel is 5 mins walking distance and tht gives it the edge and that's probably y I wud recommend this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly but the size of the room was extremely small to the extent tht it was even hard to fit in our luggage. Once we did we had no space to walk around. We were always out and were at the hotel as in between naps and to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. I would say if it wasn't for the size this wud have been perfect.

"The name is the selling point"
Pros: location is great, strolling distance to the Eiffel Tower, the river, and RER/Metro access is also extremely close. There's no lack of markets and easy dining options as well. Service was exceptional -- very courteous, helpful, accommodating, can't say enough about that. The Cons: like most European city hotels, the room is tiny. Don't pretend to be shocked, by now we should all know this. The hotel and the rooms aren't particularly charming. Decor in the hallways is a bit Twin Peaks. Thin walls. There's nothing wrong or bad about this place, but if you're looking for something romantic or with old Parisian charm, then widen your search. Bottom line: decent value for such a convenient location, great service, a room that's functional but not really going to induce "ooohs" and "ahs."
