We have stayed here many times with never any problems and this time the staff even helped us with a car problem. We always recommend this hotel for convenience at a very decent price.

it was fine. service desk took care to find me a room covered by video cameras and well lighted on my request. bed was firm the way i like it. shower was hot the way i like it. towels could have been bigger and softer. tv could have been a little larger and a flat screen. but the price was right and the room was clean and well kept.

Good place to stay for the price. Staff congenial; breakfast adequate, but would have liked to see fresh fruit and/or yogurt. Facial tissue box had two tissues. Really?! Toilet paper roll almost empty, and no replacements to be found anywhere--had to do some rationing there till the next day. (I am not going to call the desk to tell them I need toilet […] paper!) Clean; all things functional; would have preferred to be able to control wall light behind TV without smashing myself up against the TV side and going up on tiptoe (I am 5'3") in order to reach it. Also would have preferred to find a way to have dim lighting somewhere so sleepyheads could sleep while alert ones were still up. Also wished for separate controls for fan and light in the shower--fan is noisy, as is the room fan/temperature control. All in all, decent place to stay. Yes, I will stay here again. Read more

We stayed here in January because the price was very affordable. The service was great, the room was very clean and it was close to the highway. If you don't need all the bells and whistles of a 5 star but just a basic, clean, adequate room for a short stay then this is perfect. It's 30 seconds off the highway with the tall sign visible from the interstate. The hotel has a little Mexican restaurant in front which isn't that bad. I read all the reviews concerning this hotel before booking. There were a couple of comments about fitted sheets vs. flat sheets. However, I found that the sheets did not affect whether I had a good night’s rest or not. I booked the hotel based on reviews of cleanliness, friendly hotel staff, and price. My stay was connected to a death in the family. […] The staff was very friendly, accommodating and compassionate. The room looked as though it had been freshly refurbished. The walls were so thin that I could hear every word of the conversation of the guy next door (who stayed on the phone past midnight). Room had been a smoker room and stunk. It was, granted, very cold outside, but the room was either intolerably hot or cold. There was only one bed in the room. I booked using the Unpublished Rates and requested for […] two adults. Luckily it was mom and daughter and not someone I was traveling with on business! Even so, there was no way that was a queen sized bed. The bathroom and carpet had recently been redone and were pretty decent for the price. It was snowing when we arrived and neither the sidewalks or the parking lot appeared to be cleared. The woman at the front desk was absolutely a pleasure. She was pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. Many of the rooms were in different stages of repair, however with trash, toilets, and drywall scraps on the balconies and sidewalks. Not exactly the kind of thing to display on New Years Eve.

The hotel is located around lots of fast food restauraunts, a Mexican restauraunt in the parking lot, Bob Evans, the highway, & Walmart. Room was freshly painted and had a microwave & refridgerator. Plenty of grass for pets as well. Overall great room for the cheap price! GA

No bells or whistles, but our room was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was great. It was budget friendly and that was what I was looking for. We were glad we chose this place for a one night stay. The breakfast was just enough to get you started, coffee, muffin, toast, and juice.

The hotel is old and oddly is seperated into two different hotels. You have to drive to another driveway to get to the other rooms. We had to climb stairs outside to get to the 2nd floor and it was a very old wooden deck type flooring. It felt very weak in areas. The air and heat did not work. No work out equiptment.

This is an older hotel with 2 buildings. One bldg has most of the single rooms and the other (more hotel looking) building has the doubles. We arrived very late and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. The hotel IS dated and could use a bit of updating, but everything worked like it should, was clean like it should be and was comfortable, […] as it should be as well. The TV is not a flat screen but it has hair dryer, coffee maker, safe, microwave and micro fridge. If you're looking for 5 star, head for Club Med. If you're looking for a nice, cozy place to lay your head for a night or two and be comfortable and surrounded by lovely views, this is your place.
