Located near Little Italy. Reception staff were helpful especially on prompting. The free shuttle service is very useful as they will drop you off and pick you up from up to one mile radius of the hotel. This got us to Jackson which is within easy walking distance from the Sears Tower. The shuttle also took us to Mass on Sunday and picked us up even though this was after we had checked out! This service for us was by far the best aspect of this hotel.

I was in Chicago for an event at UIC. This hotel is less expensive than the downtown hotels and within walking distance of Med Ctr and UIC facilities. Their shuttle will also take you to anything within a mile (United Center, UIC Pavilion, CTA 'L" lines, Greek Town, LIttle Italy, etc. Theyalso pick up at O'Hare. Overnight parking costs a bit, but for a short stay it's worth it. Very glad I stayed here.

"The price and the amenities for the price"

I loved the fact that they have a shuttle and that the drivers waited for us beyond the time the shuttle shut down for the day. The staff was very helpful and also went beyond what you would expect. This is the place I will be using whenever I'm in Chicago. I higly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chicago.

"Hotel with the Basics"

This is a good, old fashioned hotel covering the basics for the everyday business traveller. The staff was friendly, my room was clean with newer sheets, bathroom was clean (but w/low water pressure), easy to use and accessible business center with laser printers. A shuttle service takes you to various locations near the hotel, ie. Little Italy where there is a fair selection of resturant options -- mostly italian.
