Enjoyed our stay here, was very nice and breakfast was also nice. Keep in mind 2 important things. There are no elevators in this hotel, it is a complex with lots of little houses and stairs to get to the top floors. An inconvenience if you're carrying luggage - otherwise absolutely fine. The breakfast ends at 10:30 on weekend and 9:30 on weekdays. […] They shut down the breakfast bar right on the dot - so make sure to get full before that moment happens as everything is out of reach after that. Besides those two points, the stay was comfortable. Hard to tell however, if I'd want to go back for another stay - I certainly wouldn't mind staying again, but I would also first try and see if I can stay elsewhere. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past few years. This was a terrible stay - not due to the hotel staff, or room itself, but because of the layout of the hotel and the outside stairways and inconsiderate guests. We had a first floor room in the back of the hotel - sounds OK. But from 3 hours from 10:30 - 1:30 am., the guests upstairs […] had a party - so very inconsiderate people were clomping up and down the stairs right outside of our room. We called and complained twice and finally around 1:30, the noise subsided - only to begin again at 5:30 a.m. when more guests left the party. The second night, a guest who drove a diesel truck felt that it was necessary to let his car idle for 15 min. (it was backed up right in front of our room). I think the key here is to get a quiet location in the complex, but I'm not sure where that is. WE don't want to climb stairs, so we prefer a 1st floor, since there is no elevator. I asked for a quiet room, and this is what we got. On Fridays and Saturdays, there is a security guard walking the premises to make sure that no parties are happening, but not on this particular Monday night. Read more

Stayed in a 2 BR suite. The rooms were clean and looked very nice. The hotel was in a nice area and well maintained. Once we went to sleep however, it was a different story. We were on the 3rd floor at the end closest to the main street, which was very busy. The thin walls and single pane windows did a poor job of muffling the traffic noise. Then someone […] in the floor below used the shower and the water running through the pipes in the wall next to the bed sounded like a large industrial generator was running on the other side of the wall. Fortunately I brought ear plugs and eventually fell asleep. Lastly, the breakfast area just off the lobby is very small for the size of the hotel. We stood eating our breakfast and several other parties were waiting quite a while for tables before one of the hotel staff came around to tell guests there was a separate dining area down the hall. This place was a real treat for us. The spacious rooms, modern furniture, kind staff all made our stay a very pleasant one. Our DVD player didn't work but they had cable channels that helped. Just a great place!

This was perfect for us traveling with our infant. We had plenty of space in the room for all of us, we enjoying the pool together and enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. We had a one bedroom suite for a one night stay. I only wish we had a reason to stay longer! The room was recently remodeled and was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The room had a separate bedroom as well as a living area & kitchen. My boys were very comfortable sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. I noticed the softness of the towels.....not […] like the typical scratchy & stiff towels you usually experience in hotels. We checked into our room at 8:00 P.M. The desk clerk informed us that there were no more 1 br. suites so were upgraded to a 2 br. suite. She said that there was construction renovations on going, but that we would be O.K. with the noise because the renovations were on the other side of the hotel. Not the case. Our suite was the only one fully renovated […] in our complex! Two across and two below were in renovation mode. There was dust and debris littering the walkways and stairs. Furniture and equipment were in the walkways as well. At 7:15 A.M. the next morning we could be banging and drilling! Fortunately, we had to leave early for our activities for that day so we were up early. Otherwise, we would not have been able to sleep in. On our return for the day at 5:00P.M., we found our maid still finishing cleaning our room. Cleaning was very average at best. Our waste basket was not emptied. Glasses were not replaced with clean ones. The hotel lobby and breakfast areas were great. The ongoing renovations were very troubling and annoying. Cannot recommend this hotel/suite until renovations are complete. Read more

First off, Larry our clerk was super! He took the time to talk to us and suggest dinner locations. He thought about our family as he placed us in a nice quiet room. Certain rooms were under construction but you wouldnt know unless you drove to back of hotel. Only one morning we heard some construction. Our room was fresh and new. Kitchen was nice but […] we only used the fridge and microwave. Yes TV's were not flat panels but we werent there to watch tv. The pool was nice and a couple of nights it did get crowded but what do you expect on vacation. Due to the construction parking was limited but we made it. The staybridge suites is by far the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is friendly, warm and assist every need. Excellent breakfast and dinner(all complimentary) as well as the free laundry room is well worth the stay. I recommend this hotel very highly and will always choose the Staybridge for my family vacations!
