Due to low price, expectations were not very high. The overall appearance outside and placement among offices, etc. did not match the clean and nicely decorated interior. Shuttle service to local restaurants was an unexpected plus.

There was literally only one problem with the hotel. The noises...running water from surrounding units was very frustrating, especially at 1 in the morning. The constant slamming of doors was the other. I will go again, just attempt to locate a different room is all.

Me and my wife a terrible nights sleep as the bed was broken, one side would n't adjust at all. So it felt like quick sand and impossible to have any comfort unless your spine is used to bend like a slinky.

The Best Western Plus is quite a find. Having been totally made over earlier this year the rooms provide amenities, size, and creature comforts that are usually only seen in rooms costing twice as much. Our stay was pleasant however we were under the impression that the hotel was smoke free. We stayed on the third floor and every time we walked out into the hallway it was like someone was smoking in the hallway or in their room. This was very annoying because it drifted into our room as well.

The toilet stopped working and so we stopped at the desk to ask them to have it fixed while we were out at meeting for the day. Called front desk because hair dryer didn't work. Asked if I could go to front desk to get replacement. He said he would have to send maint up to room once they arrived. Maint looked at dryer then had to go get one that worked. The front desk asked if I over used the dryer!!! It NEVER came on. Then went to make coffee and water ran right thru the unit […] onto table. Overall everything was fine. However when we arrived the room was freezing cold. Took about 3 hrs to get the temp to a comfortable level. Hotel was clean, staff was great....jyst keep the heat on.

This hotel was OK. I'd stayed here for business in December and wanted to come back and have my wife experience a Sleep Number bed. Unfortunately, our bed was in very poor condition, and felt like an old air mattress. It's an OK hotel, but not 3 stars.

This hotel was great for our overnight experience! The hotel lobby set expectations high, as the fresh and modern seating areas were warm and inviting. Decor was great and the room size was as well. King size bed and clean hotel rooms were exactly what we had read. Incredibly pleased with the staff and hotel!

The room was mainly the problem. It had a definite mildew smell. The toilet ran after flushing, had to lift top off. Maintenance was gone home. In morning had a really hard time starting the shower, they would have moved me to a different room then but would have had to pack and was leaving in an hour.
