Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central - Dallas 32.91754, -96.76727

My 10 year old son and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We checked in at the kiosk which was very easy and convenient. When we got to our room, it was a very nice surprise. It was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. We loved it! My son brought his playstation and really enjoyed the fact that he could hook it up and play it in the hotel room. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our hotel stay. The continental breakfast was ok. Would have been nice to have a hot breakfast but nonetheless, the continental breakfast was ok. Overall, our hotel stay was great. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again.

We travel to Dallas 5-6 times a year and have stayed somewhere different nearly every time. This was truly our favorite. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, the floorplan generously roomy, and the continental breakfast was quite classy. We will for sure be staying here again!

This is a cool place to stay in Dallas. The continental breakfast is basic but nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and it has the feel of a little New York boutique hotel. The lobby area and rooms are fresh and modern, with a very homey feel. I intend to stay here again when I am in Dallas visiting my kids, so long as the rate is good.

Clean, fresh, hotel with great breakfast and nice staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms at this hotel were very nicely appointed including a very large HD TV. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but OK. The only real problem with the hotel is that there was lots of traffic noise in the room. We didn't have the AC or heating on and possibly this would block the noise, but during our stay the noise from LBJ and Central Expy. was enough to keep us awake.

We arrived at the Hyatt Place and were greeted by 2 front desk people who were extremely helpful. I left something home that I really needed and these people did everything possible to find a place where I could get this item. The continental breakfast was quite nice. All factors considered, we were very pleased. We will stay at this Hyatt Place again.

We chose The Hyatt Place Dallas because we were hoping for the exact same experience as the Hyatt Place in Arlington. We were not disappointed. LOVE the consistency in quality. Awesome place for family.

It was a great place to stay. Just recently remodeled. Flat screen TV was nice. Mostly all of the Hyatt Places have been either built or remodeled recently. Only complaint was that the free breakfast and coffee was ok. They sold Starbucks if you want for extra, though!

Stayed once again at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central. Had such a good experience the first time I stayed once again. Still as good as the first time and teh staff as always extremely pleasant and helpful.

The clerks were very nice. When I could not the accommodation I requested, they gave me a hot breakfast to commpensate. And make sure every thing else I requested I received. I would like to say thanks.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. They routinely cleaned room entry and assume all the door handles. I witnessed the cleaning procedure. The 42" flat screen TV, which swivled as a great bonus.

This hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, good layout, very comfortable beds, and the staff was VERY friendly, some of the friendlier staff of any hotel we have stayed in. The breakfast was not the greatest, the pastries were stale and the fruit was warm and had little flavor. But everything else made up for it. It was not a big Hyatt, which gave it a nice more personal feel to it. We would defiantly stay again.

Great room! Very large and nice. My family and I will be staying at the Hyatt on future trips from now on.

These hotels are great -- clean, quiet and everything you need without the things you don't want anyway. If there any downside at all it is the lack of room service for a decent meal. If that's not your thing, this is your place.

We were familiar with this hotel as we had stayed there before when it was Amerisuites. BUT what a transformation! It used to have a yucky department of transportation parking lot in front, and that has thankfully been changed a bit. At least it looks a little bit neater. the service road has been completed so it's even easier to get in and out of. The accomodations were brand new and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It ws nice to have access to the computers to check email as our laptop crashed when we arrived. The rooms were clean and the decor modern. I would have liked to have had coffee mugs instead of foam cups for coffee. There are only 2 elevators so you do have to wait. Breakfast was good and you can order additional items for a small charge.Limited bar and snacks available. We're staying there again!

Very Nice Hotel - convenient on/off freeway

This was the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and both times were very enjoyable!

The room was wonderful! Very clean and roomy

The romm was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Was concerned about the quiet as it is next to Central Expressway, but did not hear any road noise! Was a very relaxing stay.

This hotel was amazing. it exceted my expectations. The rooms Were very big and very clean. The 42 Inch TV was also great to have. It was very easy to get to other place throughout Dallas

This was an exccellent hotel for the price. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are great! There is a coffee maker with real cups! No plastic! Overall experience was good.

Tha staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good, the pool was good. My family really enjoyed staying there especially my 5 year old.

The hotel was perfect the room was clean the staff was very accommodating it was nice and quiet and the perfect stay for relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and I know exactly were to go the next time I'm in need a great hotel here in the Dallas area. Casey B

This hotel is located close to everything via highway with a great price and new remodeled rooms. Great stay and free internet.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. I usually opt for cheaper places, while she wants a luxurious room. This place was a great compromise. The hotel itself is fairly nice and easy to get to. The staff was welcoming and helpful, whether at check-in or at continental breakfast in the morning. I was disappointed with the breakfast, mostly because the grapefruit and melon slices (the most healthy option available) were obviously not ripe. However, the coffee was good and the bagels/toast/etc were typical fare. On the other hand, the room definitely made up for any shortcomings at breakfast. It was a nice layout with a living room area on one side and the bed on the other. While the couch was not very comfortable for laying down and the TV was awkwardly mounted directly between the living area and the bed, the bed was very comfortable and the TV was a nice flatscreen HDTV, so my wife and I were able to enjoy a movie while laying on the bed. Overall, it was a great experience (for the price) and a great location, so we enjoyed our stay.

The check in and out was quick and painless, which counts for alot with me. The rooms were clean and the bed was fabulous. I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay and it was extremely clean and quite cozy. The continental breakfast was great too.

Overall very satisfied with the room and hotel staff, exceeded our expectations. However, our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot which put a damper on the whole weekend.

Very comfortable, clean and fully renowated room. Free parking and free internet access:) Very friendly staff. Not in the centre but close enough to get there quickly by car. Peacefull and quiet. Only small "but" - there could be more choice of bread (not only toast) and there could be some cheese - not everybody likes sweet breakfasts.

The room available was with no refund. We took it and was very pleased when we got there. First was a self check-in if you wanted but staff was standing by if you needed assistance. My husband made the comment about taking her job away and she said there was still plenty to do. She was very courteous and directed us to where we needed to go, answered our questions and so on. The room was very spacious with nice upgrades. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We all gave it a 2 thumbs up.

Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Great continental breakfast daily. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My only complaint..no music on the TV so bring your own CD player, computer, etc.
