Overall everything was great the only problem we had was that the carpet was stained and had an oder and the carpet outside of room was lumpy and comeing up and the walls in room we re stained but everything else was amazing we loved it thank you we wil be coming back for sure

Neighboring hotels are lower-rated and seemed to attract a not-too-wanted nightlife crowd. This particular hotel was clean and modern...too bad the other hotels are so close. However, I did not have anything taken from car or any other damage incurred.

I stayed here because I was attending a 3-day weekend workshop a few miles away. My room was clean and nicely appointed with a huge desk and easy chair. However, when I stepped out of my room into the hall, it was a completely different experience. They were undergoing renovations, and the hall walls and ceilings were stripped. Even so, I was comfortable […] throughout my stay. The only problem I really had was that their breakfast buffet (which was extensive and very good) didn't open until 7am. Other hotels I've stayed at have their breakfasts start at 6am. Because of that, I was late to the first day of my workshop, when they had registration and cut it close the other two days. I heard other people commenting on the lateness of the breakfast buffet, and one other gentleman was concerned he was going to be late for his meeting. As long as you don't need to be somewhere at 7:30-8am, you'll enjoy the choice and quality of the food. Read more

Staff was very friendly. Room was run down , blood on carpet, shower was not clean , toilet was loose from wall, and sheets were stained or not changed .

The only thing that bothered me was I was at the front desk and one of the clerks said they had a senior discount. I am a senior and paid the regular rate. She then said there were a lot of different prices that change daily. I just happened to overhear her phone conversation with a perspective guest.

This hotel was cheap and easy to get to the freeway however the entire property smelled of smoke and the first room we checked into was messy. Bed sheets were on the floor, large red stain on the floor and the bathroom had hairs in it. They were able to get us a new room that wasn't too bad but the dirty feeling of being in the property stayed with […] us throughout the entire stay. The elevator only worked the first night we were there and to get on the second floor we had to walk to the other end of the property which was very frustrating. This is my motel of choice because of it's convenient location to the purpose of my trip. During winter months I have to stay at different motel because they raise the prices so much, but really like the motel. Bed is comfy, room is quiet, nice shower with great water pressure.

Overall, a nice stay - nothing fancy. Good breakfast which had excellent service! Pool was great! Rates were in line for a hotel of this level. Housecleaning did a great job of keeping the room looking good.

Service was good and room was clean/comfortable. Hot tub was still not functional after attempts to repair (had heat, but no jets). Breakfast was basic, but good. Ran out of bananas one day halfway through posted hours. Would stay again if hot tub worked.

It was fine except the T.V. setup was a little hokey. The unit was sitting on a table and it had to be turned for people to see it that were sitting by the front windows then turned back to see it if we were in bed. This hotel has potential. It is an older building and is in great need of updating. Our room was right next to the freeway on-ramp. Since the windows were single paned, we could hear every car as it revved up, increasing speed, to merge onto the freeway. The motorcycles sounded as if they were right in the room with us! The hotel appears to have been pretty nice at one time, but is in a state of decline. The jets in the hot tub weren't working. The place was under-staffed so there were long waits for food to come out for the breakfast and long waits at the desk at peak times. We were very disppointed. The furniture had stains, the heating system was so loud each time it came on. It kept us awake. The tile along the bath tub had mold and there was hair stuck to the hair dryer. Just as we were sound asleep, a bunch of teenagers arrive next door. Again the noise just echoed thru the wall.
