The front desk guy was super nice. They have a little bar in the lobby where you can get a pizza. So if you travel for work and dont have time or a rental car with you, this was nice to have. The breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast.

Very nice hotel. The room temperature was warm and we could not get it to cool down. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not much in the fitness area but the hotel was very clean and nice. We would stay there again.

We loved the hotel! We had a king suite for my family of 6. Kids are younger so three slept on the pullout sofa and baby in his playpen. It was nice to have a separate room to shut the door when the baby was sleeping. The tv was an older tube set but we noticed they were replacing with flat screens in some of the rooms. Biggest complaint was the pumbling. water would not drain well from tube or sink. by the time i was done taking a shower, i was ankle deep in water. sink was cracked....place needs up-dating.

If the selling point of this hotel is the free breakfast forget it. It was horrible. We tried it the first morning and couldn't eat it. Having said that the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Would I stay there again, Yes.

Stayed with my boys to swim and hang out. Breakfast was awesome! Fridge in room did not work but they replaced it with a working one quickly. Pool was nice but just a little too warm. However too warm was way better then not warm enough. Overall good stay and we will go back again.

the hotel show its age. Country inns suites must of purchased it from another chain. The aminities in the room wereyears. aged.The entry areas were well worn and seen their better . The restroom had mold in the grout in the shower and the toilet was running all the time and the sink was leaking on the floor(old carpet).

Our room was barely acceptable for sleeping.The temperature of the room was impossible to adjust to a comfortable level. It was freezing! I turned off the a/c, but I still had to sleep with a jacket on.The pillows felt like mush and have zero support. Ended up hurting my neck. The bathroom was dirty. Our toilet ran non-stop and when you stepped into […] the (dirty) tub you could see a good size hole in the wall above the lights.It was probably where they changed light fixtures and didn't repair the wall, but all I could think was it was some sort of rat hole or peephole. Honestly, none of these things would ever cause me to speak to a manager. My complaint was that on our 2nd night, the drunken occupants of the room next to us were partying and yelling profanities in their room and in the hallway. They were so loud that I felt like they were in our room! By 3:30am I had to call the front desk to ask them to help me. I believe they did send someone down. It didn’t end the party, but at least it quieted it down so my son could sleep (me, not so much). When we checked out, the manager asked how our stay was. I told him that it actually wasn’t very good. All he said was, “Great. Would you like a receipt?” I told him that we were up all night due to the partiers next door and he responded, “I wouldn’t know who that would be.” I mentioned my call to the front desk and he said, “I’m glad we could help.” Really? I have one complaint and this is for my daughter and her little family. Her husband has ALS. Look it up. She asked for a handicapped room. What she got was one on the 3rd floor! What if there was a fire? Does she take her 3 year old daughter down first and hand her to a stranger and then go back up to the 3rd floor and carry her husband on her back? […] Ridiculous. Also, Bath facitites were inadequate for them. He can't get in a tub and the shower had no way to detach shower head and make it easier to bathe. My daughter had to use a paper cup to bath her husband. I talked to the desk but all they said was sorry. This year when we arrived and were heading out to the fest, the shuttle driver was unavailable. We were disappointed, but the front desk was good to call us a cab.
