World's fastest elevator! Seriously! Everything was very nice; the hotel, the service, and the cleanliness. The only thing wrong was that the cold water tap in into bathroom was broken. "Close to airport and walking distance to fast food"

I am not one to complain about the small things but It was definitely not the best stay I've had at a hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were told they were queen beds and got full size beds. Depending on how you like your pillows, i felt they were too soft and fluffy and very uncomfortable. There was a huge stain on the wall from the ceiling […] to the floor. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom sink drained, but was slow to do so, so there would be water and soap residue. The t.v. didn't have a clear picture. The breakfast wasn't bad, but we did have to pay for it. We knew we would have to, however it was a little expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was 2 mins from the airport and 15 mins from downtown. The planes weren't too loud over the hotel, either. "I was hoping for better"
I am usually not someone to care about the look of a hotel room, but I was actually disappointed in the room. Stepping off the elevator, the hallway had a very strong scent (not bad, but not good either). The carpet was dirty or stained, and the walls were a hideous color. The room looked like it was decorated in the 80's, and not in a hip old school […] way. The bath tub was a cheap plastic and I felt like I was in a motel. They put me in a Sleep Number room, although I didn't pay for that, but it ended up not working anyway. The room was hot and the air condition wouldn't work. I did call down and they brought up a maintenance guy who fixed it pretty quickly, the problem: the whole system wasn't turned on and he had to turn it on for the building. The staff person who checked me in wasn't mean, but wasn't friendly or welcoming either. The staff that checked me out, was extremely nice however. I did workout, and the room was fine, nothing crazy great, just fine. Clean, which I find important. I will probably find another hotel to stay at next time I am in Nashville. The noise coming from the room next door was so loud.I woke up at 10:30pm, I have a wake call at 4:30am, Catching a flight early next morning , called front desk, told them. Had to be twenty or so people in that room singing at the TOP of their lungs and a guitar. Manager came up 15 minutes later , knocked on their door. Nice,clean place, friendly helpful staff. Double beds are not big enough, should offer minimum of queen bed size; most places include continental breakfast with the room. My teenage daughter and I booked a room at the Radisson Airport through Expedia. We arrived about 30 minutes early and thankfully our room was ready for check-in. The ladies that checked us in asked what brought us to town (the Selena Gomez concert), supplied eating utensils for us, asked about us when they saw us in the lobby, took pictures of us, […] and were just overall pleasing and welcoming. The only reason "Room Comfort" scored a 4 is because my daughter said her pillow was uncomfortable, and I think she didn't give the others a try. Reading a few of the reviews before staying here I was somewhat apprehensive; however, there must be people who complain about everything. Every worker in the hotel was friendly and made a point of speaking. I casually mentioned that it was my birthday to the desk clerk and a few minutes later the hotel delivered a cake to my room. I've stayed here before, mainly for a week at a time for conventions. The hotel has always been high quality and enjoyable to stay at. However, this year, I noticed a very noticeable change. It's clear the hotel has been training its staff in customer service. And VERY well. Honestly, I had some requests like trying to find a coffee at 1am and to say […] the staff wen out of their way - EVERY TIME, and made it happen - shows they have been given authority to do whatever it takes to keep you happy. They were NOT isolated cases... NOTHING was too much trouble several times and unprompted they smiled and helped "above and beyond".
