The room was cleaned well but the room heater was too hot and I woke up sweaty. This side of charlotte is a high crime area and the 3rd floor door lock was not working and any body could walk right in and rob you. It's OK I know this neighborhood I'v been here many years.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

"Clean and absolutely adequate"
Yes it's an older Days Inn. But the Wifi was free, the breakfast was free, and the staff was very nice. The room - dated for sure, but clean. Great curtains, so the room was dark for sleeping which I like. We were the first room next to the hotel door, but still quiet. This hotel is set back from the main road on an access road, so no traffic noises. Heater/air […] conditioner in the room, worked great. Bed adequate, pillows adequate (but I have to admit I pretty much feel that way about all hotel mattresses and pillows so no reflection on the hotel). Shower hot, towels clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room and all worked. At this price point, this was a fine place to stay for a few nights while we had business in the area. "Pleasant Stay"
Overall, this hotel was pretty good. The women at the front desk are nice. The room was a little stuffy when we first got there, but was soon alleviated once the air conditioning unit was turned on. "Not bad if staying one night."

"Dissapointed"
I've stayed at this hotel for several years only because of the lost cost and the dog friendly policy (the price for the dogs is going up and not happy about that!) but each year the place get's worse and worse. The staff was fine and the bed was pretty comfortable but those are the ONLY positive things I can say about this hotel. There were many stains […] and burns in the carpet and my dog found a nasty wad of used bandaids!!! I left them on the dresser for the cleaning staff and it was still there the next afternoon! I have stayed in Days Inn from Maine to NC. This was the worst! The entire hotel needs to be upgraded in plumbing and the electrical as well as all around updating. "Horribly unclean"
The hotel room looked as if it had not been cleaned at all. The table had something sticky on it, there was dust and dead bugs on the window sill, there was more dead bugs on sink, the towels were stained, the bath was stained a dark yellow, and there were hairs on the countertop, the floor of the bathroom, and in the bath/shower itself. "Will not recommend"
One would think that this being a Days Inn that there would have to be some standard set that should be adhered too. The front desk people where rude like I was bothering them when in all actuallity it was them that was gettoing paid for being there not having to pay. The rooms were in horrible condition, the heat did not work, water not hot, the beds […] sagged in the center and was broke down. I will not stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone. "Run for your life!"
This place is super dirty. It's pet friendly but NOT human friendly. I did my reservation with hotels.com and in the photos here looked decent but when we went there it look horrible. The non smoking room smelled like there was someone smoking there 5 minutes before we enter the room, everything smelled like cigarette smoke. "dirty hotel room"
we found a opened condom wrapper between bed and nightstand and a used razor still in shower! if you were not out of room by 10 am you would just get clean towels for the next day, never came and made beds or cleaned room. We stayed 5 nights and bed was made 2 timesGenuine Hotels.com guest review
