"Good Downtown accomodation"

Nice Hotel. Friendly Staff. Easy walking distance to Conseco Fieldhouse.Clean room.Only minor problem was traffic noise could be heard outside the room.

Great breakfast, free internet, free daily paper and within walking distance to all downtown attractions, including Lucas Oil Field and the convention center. The room was large, very clean, and the service was exceptional. Great hotel for the price in a downtown location!!

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns, but have never encountered a mandatory valet parking charge. There is NO public parking. This should be noted in the hotel information. The quick facts on the hotel just say parking. I want to know that it will be another $14.00 to pay for parking. Road noise was awful until about 4am on Saturday night. Excellent location. Bathroom could use some TLC. A lot of wallpaper and baseboard damage. Temperature was almost impossible to regulate because the thermostat was located right behind hot television and in the line of fire of the cold air from the duct. It went on and off all night. Maybe it was just this room, but this stay was not as comfortable as others.

"Outstanding Staff and Hotel"

The Desk Clerk and Valet Parking Attendent were absolutely wonderfull! They were both extreme people persons. Not only did they greet us with such open friendliness and sincere warmth, they made us feel we were long lost relatives! They helped us with in finding stores, where to eat, and even with directions out of Indy! The room was fantastic the price was the best! We are definitely staying at The Hampton again!

The Hampton Inn Is just a block away from the Conseco Center. It makes for an easy walk to a show or event. There are plenty of restaraunts nearby also.

We loved the location and convienence to everything that we wanted to go to. The room was clean and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The cost was alittle much.

This was a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a good way to start the work day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has to come down to the State Capitol.

"Outstanding personnels and kindness"

One of the ladies at the hotel desk, offered and I took her up on it, to drag my big suitcase a block away to the shuttle back to the airport! Excellant...after the National Girl Scout convention, too many items to pack home, the ventors gave away lots of items... They even got me to right bus line to go to the shopping center I wanted. Thank you personnels....they secure our luggage after checking out of our rooms.

Yes, there was a bellhop but he was very casually dressed and, although friendly, not very knowledgable. And I just thought everything would be just a notch classier. Worked out well, traveling with 3 kids, but wouldn't recommend it if you want to impress.

My husband and I were planning on going to the Hard Rock Cafe and Howl at the Moon and the hotel was within walking distance to both and to the mall. We had a wonderful weekend!

We had such a good experience. We were able to check in early which was such a big help to us. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We attended an event at Conseco Fieldhouse. Took less than 2 minutes to walk there. Super close to the mall too. Excellent experience. Thanks again!!

I stayed three nights at this hotel while attending a conference nearby. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is located in the middle of everything and it was safe and easy to walk to just about anything I wanted. My room was standard but the bed was very comfy. The restaurant in the hotel is great and you can also get "room service" from restaurants nearby.

We were in town to attend a Colts game....great location for that! Lots of bars/restaurants in walking distance. Bring your running shoes....the riverwalk is a great way to start your day with a 2 mile run!!

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. I appreciated that I checked in late and they STILL were welcoming and outgoing. Breakfast was pretty nice in the a.m. Room was exceptionally clean.

The hotel was very clean and within walking distance to most of the major attractions downtown. The beds were comfortable. Kids may be disappointed because there is no pool. The continental breakfast had a good variety with a hot selection that changes daily.
