Valet parking led me to believe my vehicle would have been parked inside a garage. Not the case. Carpet in room was unbelievable tacky. Your feet almost stuck to it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not really a good experience. Staff ok. Will look elsewhere if staying downtown Indy again.

Was meeting some friends front out of town at Nicky Blaines. I didn't want to have to worry about driving or finding a cab and this offered the perfect location. Easy access, friendly staff and comfy beds. Couldn't ask for better and a great price.

Pillows a bit too soft for me and the hubby, but we're used to memory foam. Other than that, that staff was amazing, the breakfast tasty, and the room extremely clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Overall staff was very friendly. Uncomfortable sleeper sofa in room due to something protruding up through mattress. Queen bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Room a little cramped due to the historic nature of building. Breakfast was good each day. Internet service was efficient.

Enjoyed stay but room was very uncomfortable as AC couldn't keep up with heat and blowed right on bed. Toilet would not flush properly. Hotel front desk personell very accomodating.

The staff is fantastic and helpful. The only downside, there is no pool; however, you have use of the pool at theEmbassy Suites (2 blks away.) Not real convenient. Other than that, definitely would recommend this Hampton. Excellent!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night for business and the staff was nothing short of fabulous. While I was checking out, the valet discovered there was a flat tire in my rental car. Good place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than I have ever experenced as an inclued breakfast.. There was only one problem. On my confirmation from Expedia it states that parking would be $15.00 but I as charged more.I still I believe is a nice place to stay and we will go back.

Currently re-modeling some of the hallways, but the floor I stayed on was quiet. The room was average size and well kept. Housekeeping was observant of do-not-disturb signs - one day when my boyfriend and I decided to stay in the room to watch a movie mid-day we were not bothered, and the room was cleaned after we left for a mid-afternoon lecture.

The only issue I had with the hotel was lack of wide towel racks. I wanted to participate in hanging a towel so as not to require laundering daily, but there were only hooks available. We stayed here for one night after seeing a concert. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was very friendly & helpful, especially Joy at the front desk. The staff helped us find a restaurant late at night and made sure we had a taxi when we needed it. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice looking. We were only a 1 1/2 blocks from Banker's Life Field House, which was our main reason for staying there. It was an additional benefit to have such a large room and the complimentary breakfast included hot food such as waffles, omletes, and hot oatmeal.

WE CAME IN TOWN FOR A CONCER. WE WERE RINNING LATE AND THE FRONT DESK CHECKED US IN QUICKLY AND VALET PARKED OUR CAR. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFY. The room was comfortable and clean; the staff courteous and kind. The hotel was in a great location: central to lots of sites, restaurants and shopping. Parking was a little pricey at $52 a night. I would definately stay here again. However, next time I'll look into taking the train in or flying because of the parking rates.

I was glad to know that they wash the duvet covers after each guest stay. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that keeping the ice bucket/cups as well as the coffee […] maker on a shelf in the bathroom seems gross. I know that these items are in plastic, but there are so many germs in a bathroom with the flushing of the toilet that these items would be better placed on a dresser in the bedroom. Had to call about getting a alarm clock that had a docking station which was promised in the advertisement of the room. Also I found a dirty wash cloth in the cabinet behind the extra blanket. Overall was a very good experience. The bed was very comfortable.
