I liked my stay. I actually thought I was staying at a previous hotel that I wanted to, but I was wrong. This one was good though. I stayed in the same room on my way to my destination and back. The only thing a little gross was their was soap in the bathroom, unwrapped. It could have been mine, from the week earlier or someone else's. I was in Nampa for a horse show. This hotel was close to the show, restaurants, etc. Staff was very nice. Good value for the money.

This hotel is nothing fancy - at all - but it's clean and functional. If what you are looking for is a convenient, no-frills place to stay while you're on your way to somewhere else, this will do nicely. The price is right. Rooms are small, but adequate. Not bad.

3 good things - Lots of Hot Water, Fluffy Pillows, Wonderful Breakfast Things that need some attention. Shower nozzle only sprays like rain, hard to even rinse hair and body - No air conditioning in first room and when told a fan would be coming it didn't until we had to ask to be moved to another room. Carpet needed to be cleaned - Slow toilet that […] got plugged up. No room service one day of stay. Lobby under remodeling, still not finished after 7 night stay. Fridge in 1st room didn't work, no fridge at first in second room, then got one. Customer didn't seem to be the top priority in this hotel. Usually visit family in Nampa at least once a year, but this hotel is off the list of possible places to stay. Lots of other choices in the area for a reasonable rate. Read more

The Sleep Inn is definitely trying to be a great hotel...they are renovating and while that's sometimes an inconvenience it's not a deal breaker to staying there. Our first room smelled very weird so we asked to move...the woman working the front desk was sweet and very accommodating and put us in another room right away. However, her co-worker (the […] one who moved us to another room) was downright unpleasant. The professionalism just wasn't there...also, the bed was advertised as a queen (were moved to another Q room as well) and it was a lumpy, uncomfortable full sized bed but we were so tired we didn't bother to mention it. First of all, know that this hotel does not have the option for two queen beds. Two double beds is as big as it gets. Also there are no bathtubs. Only showers. But, if none of those are a problem for you, it is a very nice hotel. Very clean, comfortable, soft comfy beds and pillows, modern looking decor and bedspreads, nice indoor pool and hot tub. […] There are some rooms with mini fridges, but you have to request one, and then make sure when you come that there is a fridge in it. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good with hash browns, pastries and donuts, juice (apple, orange, and cranberry), microwaved scrambled eggs (edible, but not good), bread for toast, make it yourself waffles, fresh fruit (apples and pears), etc. Breakfast is from 6am-10am. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The room was quiet even though the hotel is fairly close to the freeway. The staff were pleasant and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. Read more

This hotel is found right off I-84 in Nampa. The location is convenient but is also in the middle of an industrial type area. Outside the hotel windows on one side is the freeway and the other side is an empty, dirt truck parking area for local gas stations and work sites. The hotel itself seems older but is in good condition. It has the typical hotel […] feel when walking into the lobby and throughout the hotel. We stayed on the second floor and had no issues with anyone in any of the surrounding rooms or floors regarding noise or anything. Our only complain regarding noise and hotel condition was the bathroom in the room was a walk in shower and a toilet. The style, age, and nature of this bathroom allowed every noise to be heard throughout the room. [We actually chose to use the bathroom down by the pool when we wanted a little more privacy :-) ] The pool is open 24-hours "for adults" and when we asked the front desk at about 11:30pm (when we arrived back from our activities) if our kids could swim with us supervising at that time, they allowed it. Breakfast the following morning was quite good. Eggs, fried potatoes, cereals, yogurts, fruits, & pastries all made for a great selection. If we have to stay in Nampa again, this hotel will certainly be considered again. Read more

Hotel has new booking system and did not have our reservation. Not handing me a phone asked me to call expedia. Good thing I had my cell. Expedia did what they thought they needed and we were booked into our rooms in10 mins. Then at 8pm I get a call that I need to call expedia again because they cant confirm our rooms? I called again and then never […] heard another word. We were there for 3 nights and never had maid service it was like we were'nt really there. Excellent value. Pool was clean, hot tub was warm and both open 24 hrs to adults. The breakfast was wonderful, hot foods and continental type fare. Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything except a bathtub. Wonderful experience! Will definitely stay again.
