"Pet allowed does not mean pet friendly"
I was traveling with my dog and I booked this hotel online because it was considered pet-friendly. I had to wait at check in on the first leg of my trip because of a large group checking in at the same time. My room was as booked - one king bed, clean and updated - and it was on the second floor which I always prefer since I travel solo. The hot breakfast did not contain any fruit and they use styrofoam plates which are not at all eco-friendly. At check out my pet fee (which was reasonable) was not added to my bill and the desk agent and I surmised it was waived at check in because I had to wait so long. On my return trip I called the hotel directly to book the same room and was told that the room I had was not pet-friendly, I should not have been given that room and that they only have 3 pet allowed rooms - all double queens. I reluctantly booked it. Upon arrival this second time, I was greeted by "Yes?" and it went downhill from there. The pet allowed room smelled of urine and was in extremely poor condition. The floor was dirty and stained in the bathroom, the paint on the door jam was chipped, the tile grout was dirty and the sheets were frayed and stained. I asked for another room and was told the other one smelled worse. I checked and yes it did! I went back to my room and sprayed basil cleaner to cut the smell. I put a blanket and dog bed down for my dog to lay on so she would not have to lay on the floor. I left the next morning before breakfast and will not return.

"Great hotel for a night"
Really comfortable hotel, rooms are nice. Beds are good, bathroom needs renovating. Pool area is in renovation so its a bit ugly but it was fine for one night.

"Great Hotel!"
While we did not get our king bed room, we did get two queens that were just fine. Beds were VERY comfy, wi-fi was good, breakfast was super good, location was great. They accommodated our dog without any problem and didn't charge anything extra!

"Double Billed"
The hotel double bill my credit card, for $15 less than the rate I was quoted by Hotels.com. The room was a lot less than clean, and the breakfast was very limited. We were very disappointed.

"Perfect for the Desert!"
This Hotel was Great!! It was over 100 degrees in St.George and my room was very clean, cumfy, and Cool with great working A/C. My bed was very comfortable & I love having a refrigerator on hot road trips like this one so I can keep my drinks cool & not constantly be buying ice for the cooler. The front desk staff were very friendly & after realizing that I had forgot my pillow & going back hours later, they had it waiting for me at the front desk in a plastic bag so it didn't get dirty!! Free Breakfast was also a bonus! I would certainly stay here again!

"Excellant 1 night stay over stop"
I had asked for a room on the ground floor, as I have a bad back and was staying alone with no help with me bags. My room was just around the corner from the lobby, breakfast room and parking. "Passing through"
We got a room for one night. We checked in early and used the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were dirty and there were no pool towels. Our room floor is stain, bed sheet also has stain. But the room looks clean.

"Excellent Value for the money"
Stay was extremely satisfying. Staff was best I've experienced in a long time. Room was clean, had micro and fridge. Front desk area was really nice. Breakfast was great. Combination of hot and cold. Pet friendly feature helped us out. Good access to restaurants. Only downside was really busy neighborhood with some traffic noise. If price is right we will stay here again when we go through this August.

"Not the best..."
Not a great experience but not horrible either. While the room had everything promised - the bathroom walls were not painted yet and the door stop inside was a long broken wire. Weird. Bath tub seemed a tad old - hard to tell if the marks on it were grime or just scratches from years of use. Wife complained that the bed was itchy. Breakfast was pretty good...

"Nice stay"
Hotel staff was great. Facilities were good and beakfast was very good. Room could use some attention. Some stains on carpet and toothpaste on the mirror and faucet. I didn't notice it at first because I got in late and just crashed. Bed was comfortable.

"Could be better"
I hotel has potential but they need to spend some money and time updating. The hot water pressure was horrible. We would have to turn the tub on all the way hot and leave it on for at least a half hour to get enough water to bathe in. Electronic key were worn and you had to try at least ten times before they decided to open. Also had to have room key to get into ice room then use room key to get ice machine to work. Maybe they thought we would use to much ice?

"Quick stay"
Great place for a quick stay. They have remodeled the hotel lobby as well as most of the rooms. The rooms could use some updating still new showers/toilets other than that I do like staying here. The breakfast is really good!!!!

There was no parking at 9 that night. About four vehicles pulling trailers with four wheelers and motorcycles were each tacking up 5 parking places each. You need somewhere else for these big guys to park!

"Not the best"
For a pet friendly hotel it was not clean, broken things in hotel like it was broken into. Only decent thing was the bed and TV. Floor was dirty, bathroom was not bad. Just cheap for a quick stay.

"good price, great stay"
Walked in from the rain to a clean and tidy room. As we checked out all the gadgets for the remote control TV we were impressed by the many channels available, due to the storm outside the movie we were watching switched off. At that time I took a HOT bath while my wife enjoyed the quiet room. The next morning we stuffed ourselves at the breakfast because it was so good. Only one major downer, there were no cut fruit to go with the waffles. I plan to stay here again!

"Comedy of Errors"
Hotel started out well. Good location, good price, seemed clean, and the room had been updated in the last two years. Then the weird stuff happened. When we came back to the hotel the first day the card keys wouldn't work. It turned out when we checked in the night before, the clerk coded the card so that it was only good for one night. I can understand an error, but I stood at the front desk from 1:40 PM to 2:05 PM waiting for anyone to show up and help me. I was sure about the time period because I was calling the front desk on my cell phone and ringing the desk bell the entire time. When a person did show up they answered the phone instead of helping me, only to find out I was the person on the line. Then our car was broken into during the night. We didn't lose anything of value but they broke the door handle. Finally, the day we were checking out, a hotel water pipe broke so we had no water in our room. After a two hour wait they allowed us to shower in another room and they allowed us to check out late, but if we had been in a hurry it would have been a real problem.

"Waste of money. Only $55, but too much for this."
I really didn't enjoy my stay. I worked nights and slept during the day. Since it was 102 outside I had the AC on. It was very loud. Carpet was dirty. I was afraid to take my socks off. Staff was not the best. There was an American girl and she did OK at best - not too knowledgeable. Then a man from India came out for something and tried to help. I couldn't understand him. So he wasn't helpful at all.

"Great Hotel for the Price"
I read some of the reviews online and I was a little nervous. People complained about the room oder and uncomfortable beds etc. Thankfully we did not experience any of that. The room was clean, comfortable and even the complimentary breakfast was pretty good considering. In the morning we took a swim and the pool was clean, a great temp, and not crowded. The negatives I do agree with are, the free wifi is pretty slow and the hot tub is disgusting. For one night though when you are on the road passing through, I would def recommend this hotel.

"Good Location Bad Experience"
It's worth the extra $20-$50 for a nicer hotel. Issues with upgrading our room for two beds; the next day the keys would not work. Felt like I was constantly needing to get a hold of the front desk. The bathroom smelled of urine and had crickets. You could see there had been a water leak and carpet throughout room smelled bad. The fridge did not keep items cold enough, and the A/C unit blew out warm air. In the St. George weather you were taking a cold shower then hoping you made it through the night listening to the loud unit blow the air around...pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

"Clean and Comfortable"
It is a little older than some of the surrounding hotels, but it was perfectly fine for an overnight stop. Staff was nice. They have a breakfast buffet that was sufficient. The room ended up being $100 which is a bit high I thought, but we had to pay an additional $15 for my chihuahua. We reserved a room with 2 queens. The vending machine for water didn't work but they had some in the office so no biggy. For an older facility it was perfectly comfortable. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear water running and people talking and moving around, but that's not too unusual.

"Nothing to write home about"
The hotel was about what I'd expect for the price. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean. The shower/tub looked like it could use a good scrub and the counter was a little dusty in the corners. I was just crashing over night so it wasn't that big of a deal but I wouldn't want to stay there for any longer than I had too.

"Dirty pool, rude staff!"
We went to St. George to enjoy the sunny weather and planned on spending most of our time at the pool, but it was so crowded and dirty we changed our plans. The hotel staff had their kids swimming in the pool while they were working and their unruliness made it unbearable. The pool was littered with wet towels, and the hotel staff was completely unconcerned with keeping it clean. Luckily we used the hot tub the first night we stayed, because by the second day it was filthy and completely unusable. On the last day of our stay our room didn't even get cleaned! We were out of the room most of the day and when we returned around 3:30 our room still wasn't cleaned and we had to request for our room to be cleaned and get some towels so we could shower. The hotel manager was unsympathetic and unapologetic and simply said he would send a maid down with towels. We left for the day and returned around 11:00pm only to find our room still hadn't been cleaned! Needless to say, we won't be going back to the Quality Inn any time soon!

"I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN SMELLED HORRIBLE"
The key cards didn't work, went back to the office got another set of keys, still not working. They gave us another room, the room smelled really bad ( smelled like urine and vomit), my kids did not want to stay in the room. we left the door open for few hours to try to vent the room as much as possible.

Rooms were very smelly 1 was strong cleaner smell and the other was old smoke or something I was trying to use the fax machine at the business center it was not working and the 2 staff at the counter did not say one thing to me, I had to go to the counter,2 ft away, and ask about the fax and was told it did not work, then they told me they could fax for me for a charge,
