"Disappointing.."
Lots of different places to stay in St George and I chose poorly..Took 30 minutes to check in..Reservations system was down...Had 2nd floor room..No elevators so don't bring any heavy luggage!!!!.. Multiple rooms under condition(noisy) and they need it..Very dated..bed was terrible and worse is air conditioning didn't work..It is Feb so I guess they figured they wouldn't need it but it was warm..I kept door open for as long as I could..Bath tub creaked when you moved your feet as you showered almost like you were going to fall through to first floor..I tried to spend as much time away from hotel room as possible..I made a very poor decision..

"Neglected hotel."
Spent one night at the hotel which was rather dissapointing. The carpet had a murky smell and needed some stretching. It was easy to trip on in some areas. The bath tub had a terrible sqeaky sound every time i moved. Overall cleanliness was wanting. The room had discolored sheets and there was food in the mini fridge left by the previous occupant. I would not recommend a stay in tjis facility. MM

"Hard bed"
Overall, room condition was ok. The carpet was pretty dirty, room its self was clean. Bed was hard. Best thing about the room was that it had a great shower. Breakfast was also good.

"Family vacation over Holiday. (Thanksgiving)"
I cant beleive what we as a family of 4 rooms experienced. we asked for no smoking room & we had one room with a 4month old baby that the room stunk so bad of cigarate smoke (no Smoking room) we had to move out of that room into another & that night they also experienced cocroaches. Moved again out of that room to another. out of the 4 rooms 2 more had the same problems with the bugs. talked to management told them of our concerns. while in there another customer was complaining about bed bugs. we had house keeping cleaning my room around 3:30 4pm which was very inconvienant as we were were out of the room all day & returned around those times and had to call them to come & clean to get fresh towles. Nothing but a pain.... never again!!!

"Good value for the money"
We enjoyed our stay at this motel. It was quiet and clean. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of food available. The room was pleasant. We felt it was much nicer than the other motel we stayed in recently in St. George and actually cost a little less. We would recommend this motel to others and would stay there again.

"Nice hotel, service needs to improve."
I come from a place where service is key, You may have done the things needed to do to be considered giving great service, but the front desk needs to understand that service has to come with a smile, and a willingness to be happy. Yeah work sucks, but you moping about it at the front desk doesn't make it any easier on you.

"Solid place to stay"
Not a lot to say about this one - decent room, clean room, comfortable beds. Some fast food places within walking distance and sit down restaurants within a mile. Not a destination hotel, but great for a day or two while doing something in the area.

"Seven days won't make you weak."
Age is showing, ice machine doors don't close, air conditioning is noisy, and other minor items. Room maid forgot to leave decaf one morning, paper cups the next morning, and plastic glasses the 3rd morning. All in all, it was a good value and we would consider staying there again if visiting St. George.

"Tour de St. George ride"
The hotel was kind of old. The room was very small and pretty outdated. The only thing i would suggest is if at all possible bring your own pillow. Lots of hotels seem to be going to those small square pillows and those things are worthless. It's impossible to get comfortable with those tiny little lumps that seem to always sneak away from you as you try to sleep.

"Great stay in St George"
My husband and I were in town for a truck show. We stayed a week and found the accomodations great. It was clean, quiet, and comforatable. It is with walking distance of all kinds of restaurants. We will stay there again next year.

Went through Expedia for 2 rooms on two nights. When we got there the first night they had no reservations for us but they had 4 rooms for the nest week.. We had already paid through Expedia but we were charge again for the first night.

The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was better than expected. Lots of choices. Surprised that room was pretty good. Only complaint is tub squeaked when stepped on. Overall, a good stay. Only in room to sleep. So didn't spend too much time here. Good location. Restaurants within walking distance.

"inconsiderate"
My daughter was with me - she is in a wheel chair and this motel had no handicap ramps to get onto the sidewalk to get into the room. i told them that we had a traveler in a wheel chair - they should have told me there were no ramps - very inconsiderate - when I asked about ramps when I could not find any for the whole building the woman at the desk assured me there was one. it was a ramp between elevations of the sidewalk but still no way to get the wheel chair up the ramp. i thought there were laws that required handicap access and ramps - apparently not for this place

"Reasonably priced hotel"
The hotel, like most Quality Inns, is a bit dated, but fine for our purposes. We were looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced overnight stay, not a resort. The pool and patio area was very attractive. The included breakfast offering was surprisingly good. And the bed was very comfortable--better than I am used to at even more expensive hotels. They could have taken a little more pride in their lobby. It is spacious, but overfilled with big, stuffed leather chairs. And the stack of extra tables and chairs in the corner gave it the feeling of a storeroom. Why an otherwise nice hotel would allow their lobby to provide a poor first impression is beyond me.

"Bad experience"
Our room key cards kept de-activating so we repeatedly (3x over 2 days) had to go back to the front desk for new ones. One day, we took our kids for a swim in the pool, which was unbelievably over-chlorinated. Our eyes burned for hours afterwards and our vision was blurry. They really need to hire/train someone proficient in proper pool maintenance. We won't stay at this location again.

"Comfortable and clean."
Enjoyed our short stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and definitely well priced. Only problem we had was a slowly draining toilet upon arrival but the staff took care of it quickly. I am a regular visitor to the St George area and I will absolutely stay here again.

"Pet allowed does not mean pet friendly"
I was traveling with my dog and I booked this hotel online because it was considered pet-friendly. I had to wait at check in on the first leg of my trip because of a large group checking in at the same time. My room was as booked - one king bed, clean and updated - and it was on the second floor which I always prefer since I travel solo. The hot breakfast did not contain any fruit and they use styrofoam plates which are not at all eco-friendly. At check out my pet fee (which was reasonable) was not added to my bill and the desk agent and I surmised it was waived at check in because I had to wait so long. On my return trip I called the hotel directly to book the same room and was told that the room I had was not pet-friendly, I should not have been given that room and that they only have 3 pet allowed rooms - all double queens. I reluctantly booked it. Upon arrival this second time, I was greeted by "Yes?" and it went downhill from there. The pet allowed room smelled of urine and was in extremely poor condition. The floor was dirty and stained in the bathroom, the paint on the door jam was chipped, the tile grout was dirty and the sheets were frayed and stained. I asked for another room and was told the other one smelled worse. I checked and yes it did! I went back to my room and sprayed basil cleaner to cut the smell. I put a blanket and dog bed down for my dog to lay on so she would not have to lay on the floor. I left the next morning before breakfast and will not return.

"Problems"
The service and convenience of location were good. The poor ratings are because I was bitten may times by either bedbugs or spiders. Fortunately those traveling with me escaped the bites, but it is the first time in staying in Hotels or Motels that this has happened. I was offered two free nights within 6 months, but would not dare take the chance again. I also had the $30.00 charged for a rollaway given back.

"Great Hotel!"
While we did not get our king bed room, we did get two queens that were just fine. Beds were VERY comfy, wi-fi was good, breakfast was super good, location was great. They accommodated our dog without any problem and didn't charge anything extra!

The hotel double bill my credit card, for $15 less than the rate I was quoted by Hotels.com. The room was a lot less than clean, and the breakfast was very limited. We were very disappointed.

This hotel got the job done for me -- traveling from CA to Colorado and it was an easy stop over. Nothing special, and it was clean which is important to me.

"Perfect for the Desert!"
This Hotel was Great!! It was over 100 degrees in St.George and my room was very clean, cumfy, and Cool with great working A/C. My bed was very comfortable & I love having a refrigerator on hot road trips like this one so I can keep my drinks cool & not constantly be buying ice for the cooler. The front desk staff were very friendly & after realizing that I had forgot my pillow & going back hours later, they had it waiting for me at the front desk in a plastic bag so it didn't get dirty!! Free Breakfast was also a bonus! I would certainly stay here again!

"Excellant 1 night stay over stop"
I had asked for a room on the ground floor, as I have a bad back and was staying alone with no help with me bags. My room was just around the corner from the lobby, breakfast room and parking. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Quality Inn on South Bluff. Easy on and off of I-15 and lots of restaurants to choose from for a quick trip. Appreciate your services.

"Loved it"
We've been to other hotels in st George and this one beats the others. It was clean and the beds were soft. The staff was kind and the pool inviting.

"Passing through"
We got a room for one night. We checked in early and used the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were dirty and there were no pool towels. Our room floor is stain, bed sheet also has stain. But the room looks clean.

"Excellent Value for the money"
Stay was extremely satisfying. Staff was best I've experienced in a long time. Room was clean, had micro and fridge. Front desk area was really nice. Breakfast was great. Combination of hot and cold. Pet friendly feature helped us out. Good access to restaurants. Only downside was really busy neighborhood with some traffic noise. If price is right we will stay here again when we go through this August.

"Overnight Stay"
My husband and I stayed here while we were on our way to California. Everything was as needed to be the beds were sooooo soft. I like soft but my husband doesnt. So if you like soft beds! Your good here.

I was impressed with the staff, they were professional and they did a great job for a busy weekend. The place was clean. If you don't mind hard beds it is a good place to stay.

"Not the best..."
Not a great experience but not horrible either. While the room had everything promised - the bathroom walls were not painted yet and the door stop inside was a long broken wire. Weird. Bath tub seemed a tad old - hard to tell if the marks on it were grime or just scratches from years of use. Wife complained that the bed was itchy. Breakfast was pretty good...
