"Rodeway Inn needs some TLC"
We stayed there for the Mississippi River Marathon and its proximity to the the finish of the race. The staff at the Rodeway Inn were friendly and nice. Unfortunately, their hotel has some issues as far as maintenance. From the outside, everything looks fine. The inside is another story. The curtains has water stains on them and the carpet is worn and […] frayed. i believe from the plastic cover on the sign that it was most recently a Comfort Inn. That would explain the lack of a information book in the room .Anyways, we had a visitor in our room the first night--a wasp. More than likely, the wasp probably built a nest in the venting/heating under the window outside and came inside when the system was turned on for our room. Also, the next morning when i took a shower, the water did not drain out of the tub very quickly. The room came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Not sure why but the mini fridge froze the carton of orange juice that i put in there. i didn't touch the controls on it. so if you plan, on putting anything in fridge, just be aware that i might be frozen the next morning. i think that the location of the hotel is great. it's near downtown and near the casino so they should be able to get people to stay there. There was only 1 bar available for free wi-fi and it would kick you off of it. The signal for the elks lodge was stronger than for the hotel. Choice Hotels, please help them improve. "Terrible don't stay here"

"Nice Get A Way For A Day"
The Rodeway Inn in Greenville was a pleasant place it was clean.The only problem was the ice machine on first floor didn't work.A member from housekeeping did offer to go to another floor to get ice for me if I wanted ice. That was the my only inconveniece.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The best of the worst"
Between poop in my toilet a broken shower and bath and a pool filled with black water the price and everything was horrible. But when you look at the only other 4 hotels in the town you realize your probably in the best of the worst.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
